Me and my family desperately needed a deep cleaning after 3 months of staying in house. The ladies did a wonderful job in every area of the house. I requested an additional oven cleaning and it looked just like new after they were done. I will definitely be requesting services again.

We made allowances for repeated missed appointments and substandard work. They always had an excuse for employees quitting last minute but it became old. We would have to ask that the stream of trainees redo work. There must be better out there. If you want excuses and drama they are your shop.

We had reasonable terms to work with us such as a fixed scheduling, a general time range when we could reasonably have cleaners show up, not (frequently) canceling your appointments at the last minute, and other requirements that all of our other clients work within. You must understand that many of the women in this industry have arrangements they need to make such as child care services just to come to work and when they are frequently cancelled on or they have to wait hours between cleanings to arrive at an exact time to a job with nothing to do in between we have to send them home. That is why we require specific days of the week and general times of the day when house cleaners can come. In the end, we decided that the business relationship was no longer a good fit. Rarely does this happen and we don't like it to end this way. We mean no offense by it and wish you the best of luck. Regards, The Maid Zen Team
