Quick, efficient, and costs were very reasonable. There are always several ways to solve a problem and they came up with a minimally invasive and effective remedy for our broken pipe situation. Good communication and friendly vibes from both office administration and the plumbers themselves.

I learned that one of my hot water heaters was leaking on Tuesday afternoon. I call LesCon and spoke with Angel who was very pleasant and efficient. She gave me the costs and put me on the schedule for Thursday, today. The supervisor, Bart, came on Wednesday to scope the work. He too was very efficient and helpful. Bart suggested a good solution to a problem that I might have with an impending house painting. Dan, Frank, and Santos came at 0900 on Thursday. They were great, very efficient, pleasant, and professional. They finished about 1300 and really did a good job. Overall the experience good not have been any better.

Couple of hick-ups along the way, but they stayed with it until the job was complete.

Found the problem right away. Explained what was needed and took care of it in a timely manner. I have used this company several times and highly recommend this plumbing company. I never have felt a high pressure sales tactic, they are timely and very courteous.

It went poorly. I need to replace my Rheem gas hot water heater ASAP. I have today to work on a replacement. I called LesCon for a "general" over-the-phone quote and questions about what brands they install. The person who answered the phone was a "call representative" and stated they do not give quotes over the phone but will come out to give a quote. This doesn't help me. My time is limited. I need a general price range and description of the products offered when I call. Not when one of their service people call me back. But, LesCon is the second company I've called from the Angie's List site that states their service person will call me back to schedule a visit time. This is not convenient for me, because I am continuing to call other companies for quotes, and then the call-back service people are beeping-in and interrupting my other calls. It's not efficient and inconvenient for me -- the potential customer.

I was immediately told that they no longer work on A.O. Smith water heaters and they now sell Rheem units. ?Something about A.O. Smith was difficult to work with on warranty work. ?No offer was made to still come out and repair the unit. ?They just gave me the phone number of two authorized repair companies. ?The first company I called made it clear that they DID NOT carry parts and only order warranty parts if covered by A.O. Smith. ?Estimated time to repair my unit, a week. ?The second number was to voice mail. Bottom line - I hold both LesCon and A.O. Smith responsible for this. ?Basically since LesCon was inconvenienced they kicked A.O. Smith to the curb along with every customer they sold the unit to. ?Nice to have the option to just say SORRY and good luck sucker! ?I have referred many customers to LesCon in the past. ?Never again!

The service was fine. They did everything they were supposed to do

This service involved removing leaking kitchen drain and replacing with all new system. The new drain works better then ever before. In the passed, LesCon has installed a gas heater in my shop, installed complete compressed-air system in my shop and many other jobs in my home and shop. Their work is always superior in every way.

Tech was very efficient, knowledgeable, but we were not offered a discount for Angie's list use. Tech polite.

I made an appointment with LesCon and was given a window of 8AM ? 12PM on Wednesday and I was told that I would receive a call 30 minutes before the plumber arrived so I arranged my work schedule accordingly. The plumber did not call or show up during the window and I waited until 12:30PM to call and see if I was still on the schedule. I was told by the person who answered that I was talking to an answering service and they would send a message to LesCon. At 1:30PM I called again and was told the same thing. I received a call back around 2:00PM and they said the plumber was running late and we agreed that the plumber would arrive around 3:00PM or 4:00PM. At 4:00PM the plumber called to say that he was going home for the day and that he would put me on the schedule at 8AM sharp the next day. He assured me that he could commit to that time so I agreed and took more time off work. He did not show up at 8:00AM the next day so I called LesCon at 8:30AM. I was put on hold while the receptionist tried to contact the plumber and she came back on the line to say that he did not pick up the phone. Later, I received a call so say that he was planning on coming but he was running late. I let them know that I would contact another company and went to work.

I was pretty happy with their work. They charged me $80. It was lesser than what I expected. They were pretty good. They were prompt and came out when they said they would. The guy could have probably done a more elaborate job and charged me more money. But he didn't.

The work took them a couple of hours.

Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate to have a new sink and shower installed. They didn't show up for the 10am appt time, so I called at 11am and receptionist said she find out when they would arrive. I never heard back from them; no one ever came.

Roberto arrived in the time slot that I was told the day before. He was careful in the attic and found the leak quickly. I asked twice how much I would be charged for the leak repair and didn't get a clear answer until I asked a third time. I verified the hourly rate with the office while he worked. He turned off water at the main and emptied lines of water to reduce leak issues. He replaced the union correctly where the leak was. I asked his opinion of a leaky faucet on his way out and he advised me how to fix it. He was professional and polite and I would use him again.

Very helpful. He was prompt and explained everything he was doing. I was really impressed and very happy with the service.

service was good. they seemed knowledgable. i was pleased with the work. They stayed til the job was done.

We have had LesCon out twice for service. Once to replace to shower faucet cartridge and another time to clear the AC over flow drain. Both times the crew arrived promptly, completed the work in a timely and professional manner and left no mess to clean up. The charges were reasonable for both services. Very happy with the level of service provided.

I called on Wednesday and made an appointment for the following morning. A plumber and helper came on time. After turining off the water to the house, they inspected the fixture and disassembled them. with some difficulty because of their age. After removing all the fixtures and valves they appeared to be very corroded and needed to be replaced. A quick trip to our local Ace Hardware and they came back with all the parts. They quickly reassembled all the fixtures, tested them, cleaned up and were on their way. Most of the cost was in the hardware. The labor for the job was 1 hour ($90.00). Very satisfied with the job.

On one of my hot water heaters, the bottom plastic valve was leaking. The drip pan beneath was also leaking so I have had water damage more than once. Since the heaters are relatively old, it was not clear whether repair or replacement was the better choice. Also, meeting plumbing codes with replacements was a potential issue. I called Lescon to discuss options. The receptionist wanted to schedule a visit immediately and reported that a trip charge would apply. I explained the situation and the receptionist reluctantly agreed to have a supervisor come to look at the situation at no initial charge. Bart came out and looked at the heaters and quickly concluded that repair was the better choice. He also took the time to look over the system and to let me know of potential issues related to the codes when the heaters needed to be replaced. He offered a clever, cost-effective solution that would also maintain the aesthetics of the house. Bart's knowledge and thoughtfulness were invaluable. He provided an estimate for the repair and we scheduled the work for later in the same week. David and Ernie arrived near the scheduled time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They were also very personable. By the way, all three men removed their shoes before entering the house. I've found over the years that such a gesture is a good indicator that a good job will follow.

They have been very efficient hard workers that are reasonably priced.

LesCon may do great work, but I will never know because I could not get past the rude and disorganized staff that answers their phones. Tried to contact them first on Saturday 6/15 and got the answering service. It took quite a bit of time before the answering service staff returned my call with a response and they were not very pleasant. Regardless, I was told I was scheduled for Monday and I'd hear directly from someone at the company then. I phoned late Monday morning after not receiving a return call; the person answering the phones at the office told me they had been having "issues" with their answering service, they had no record of my call and I was not on the schedule. I went over the details of the leak again, said that it was fairly urgent that I have someone out as soon as possible. The person I was speaking to made a snarky comment about whether or not this problem could be repaired, asked me if I understood how much their hourly rates were, and then said they'd could 'fit me in' the next day. After we hung up I called Alpha Omega plumbing. They came out within two hours, had the problem repaired in less than one hour for $150. And they were very, very courteous and sympathetic on the phone. Needless to say I cancelled my LesCon appointment and will not be contacting them again.

It went great! They only charged us half the rate for coming out and I thought that was nice. They said they were going to be here at a particular time and were here on time. They were clean, nice, and very accommodating seeming that we didn't know what we were doing and they did. We shouldn't have called them, but they were very nice even though they didn't have anything to do.

The removal and installation went very well. No problems and this is a huge tub! They even came back and changed the grout color for me. I would definitely recommend them.
