Terrible, they were speeding through the neighborhood and nearly hit my daughter. They didn’t care thst they were endangering people and told me it was my problem. I would never hire them for anything.

I needed two doors re-keyed and matched to existing door locks, which they did. They were very easy to get ahold of, responsive and showed up the next day. I can't remember what the cost of the work ended up being, but it was less than I expected. Overall I was very please.

Called, serviceman was here within 15 minutes. Very friendly and professional. Had door unlocked in less than 10 minutes and was on his way. All this on July 4th.

Prompt, Fast, professional, good price!

I was never able to use the lock on the module cover (essentially a flat metal plate with a circular lock installed in it) ever since moving into my house. The key didn't come with the house. This meant that I either needed to have a new key made or have the lock replaced. I discovered Lake Lock and Key here on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. I took the module cover over to them and explained the problem. They were able to create two new keys to fit the lock while I waited. It maybe took 30 minutes. They are professionals and I would definitely use them again.

Living at home for a week and one day. Locked myself out! Luckily I had my computer with me so I looked on Angie's List and called Lake Lock and Key for help. He arrived within 20 minutes, picked the lock and since he was here I asked him to rekey all 6 entry locks. We renegotiated the price that was originally quoted to just pick the lock. I wound up with 6 rekeyed locks, a key for myself and my husband and 5 extra keys.

He was great - on time, did the job well and was a nice enough dude.

I do feel that the locksmith is honest and trustworthy, but we were very disappointed that the issue wasn't completely fixed. I don't claim to know what else could have been done but that is why we called and paid for a professional.

I had bought a foreclosure and everything had been padlocked and we couldn't get the locks off. He got the locks off and helped me open the garage to see what kind of shape it was in, which was beyond his normal scope but he was willing to help me. From there, I called the garage door guys. I chose him because he was in the area, had good ratings, and was available. He came with the right tools, he just got it done.

Unfortunately current door frame was not compatible. They charged me nothing even though I was willing to pay them for the effort. I was very impressed with apparent stronger emphasis on future business. Many do not conduct business this way.

Called Lake Lock and Key at 10 am on a Saturday to rekey 6 doors in home. Less than 4 hours later job was done to perfection. Would definitely recommend this company. Excellent company.
