Description of Work: Water heater not lighting. Chris tested the unit, determine that thermocouple not keeping pilot lit. A call to supplier indicated they had part. Chris went to get part, entire thermostate, but free of charge due still under guarantee. Installation went well, with only minor hitches. Two helpers seemed superflous were soon found to help coordinate going for fools, handing items, preparing items for reinstallation, etc. Fact is they are a well perfoming, professional team.
