Kingwood Carpet Cleaning

Overall this was not a good experience especially considering the other reviews. However, the gentleman that answered the phone and scheduled the service was very nice and professional, the service tech on the other hand not so much. He arrived late which was fine since they called ahead to let me know. I understand that sometimes you get behind and appreciated the call. What I did not appreciate was the level of or should I say lack of customer service the tech provided. He showed up at the door no introduction (e.g. I'm so and so from ..... I'm hear to clean your carpets) instead we got a long pause and a simple I'm here to clean the carpets. That was the start from there he looked at the areas to be cleaned and began working. After he completed the work he packed up the equipment got the bill ready and said its 155. I had the ask him how long is the drying time, any problems etc. his response was 4-6 hours and turn your fans on high. At this point I just wanted to be done however , aft r he left I noticed the water spots all around my area rug which is on laminate flooring and his shoe prints all over my floors. Additionally he just threw the garden house down instead of putting it back properly and looked as if he drained the excess water (not dirty water) on my driveway. Overall this was not the kind of service I expect, but it was a dhort notice job and they were the only ones that could do it in the time frame I needed. This was the first person I used on Angie's list and without a doubt I would NOT use them again and to be honest I am questioning this whole Angie's list thing give the high reviews from previous users. Bottom line not happy and not sure if the carpets are any cleaner we shall see in the n tx day or so after it dries.

I had family coming in from out of town last minute, and with new puppies at home, they recently had some accidents on the carpet. That said, I called multiple companies at 8:00 am to see if anyone was available to come out the same day, and thankfully enough Kingwood Carpet not only answered my emergency call but they made it to my house around 12:00 pm the same day! Good price, fast service, and carpets came out great. It took about 5 hours to dry, just in time before my guests arrived. Thank you Kingwood Carpet.

I had a surprise in law visit coming up & (with 3 dogs and 5 cats living inside my home) I needed this job accomplished pronto. I know...Dah. The gentleman showed up to perform an estimate exactly on time and then he pulled off turning the zoo floors into hospital clean floors the next day. He said he would arrive between 11-12 and he was here, ready to begin, at 11 sharp. Kitchen, entry, living room high traffic areas, hallway, laundry room tiles were cleaned & no lingering cleaning odors. (My zoo is well behaved and there were no odors before he arrived either...I'm just saying). But the grout in my tile was very dirty in places. It isn't perfect still, but it is a lot better. He cleaned my stairs, master bedroom and closet, saloon, and hallway. It's the Red Dog Saloon and well...the cats love this space as much as the humans do. Yes, the dogs are not happy about the situation. After the cleaning, I was confident of passing my mother in law inspection with flying colors. He said the job would take him 3 to 4 hrs. and he finished in 2.hrs. and 50 min.

Everything they did was great. The price was a little more than I expected. They are professional and prompt and are able to get the job done with time constraint. I would recommend them.

Kingwood Carpet did a very good job. The carpets looked much better than the last job I had done with another vendor and it cost less. Professional, prompt. Would definitely use them again.

We had used Kingwood Carpet Cleaning previously and were satisfied with their service. My wife is not as happy with them this time as she was the previous time.

They are very good. I have had other carpet cleaners in the past that have caused problems and over wet the carpet. One time Kingwood did have a problem when my carpet got puffy-like, but they came back and re-stretched the carpet and fixed it.

I called about a week in advance hoping to get an appointment for a day I had already scheduled off. I did not ask for a quote as I already had an idea of the pricing I would need to pay judging from other posts I had read. There was no problem in getting the appointment on the day or time I needed. The technician arrived on time and looked over the areas. I was concerned about some pet stains in the dining room carpet and, from what I had read from other cleaners, certain that these might not be removed. I was willing at least to neutralize any lingering odors. For an extra fee, he offered to spray enzymes to kill the odor. From pricing I had seen on other sites I was more than pleasantly surprised when the quote came in at almost half of what I expected to pay. He also asked if I wanted under the couches cleaned, as some people don't. I did. He took about 90 minutes to clean all the areas, giving me time to completely clean my kitchen since I needed to stay nearby. It did take a while for the carpets to dry, which limited my movements in the house until late in the day. The furniture was either on Styrofoam blocks or squares of plastic until the carpet dried. The pet stains were completely removed and the house smelled fresher. I was very impressed. The discount on top of the already surprising price was very welcome. I would certainly recommend this company.

They were very professional and very fast. They responded very quickly. I would recommend them to others and I would use them again. They were very respectful.

I was very happy with the work. I thought it was well worth the cost. In addition to improving the look of my carpets, it left my house with a fresh clean smell. Some Carpet Cleaners charge as much as .30 cents a square foot.

Company representative was on time, performed work in a diligent manner. Carpet and tile floors look great. I had not requested a previous estimate. I asked for a 5% Angie's List discount, which they gave me. I found the price very reasonable for the amount of work.

They carpet cleaning is excellent, and they are prompt and mannerly. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They got out all the odors and they said that the carpet will be dry in 4 hours and it was.

EXCELLENT service and outstanding job on cleaning my carpets. Technician was on time, thorough, moved most furniture and did an excellent job. An estimate was provided over the phone based on areas and sq. footage needed cleaning and the actual cost was the same as the estimate.

Kingwood Carpet Cleaning did an awesome job of cleaning my nine carpets. My carpets turned out great. The employees showed up on time with a positive attitude which is good in my book. I do feel that you better like your job or you will not be able to perform it well. I felt that they were very professional.

We had been living here for over ten years & had never had our carpets cleaned. We didn't realize how dirty the carpets were until after they had been cleaned. Kingwood did all the carpets in our house, including the basement. They did an excellent job. Everything was moved, then put back again to make sure all areas were covered. The job took all day & when they were finished, it appeared as if we had new carpeting.
