+ -1 moreMy house was hit by lightning and this was the last affidavit I needed to submit to the insurance adjuster. Lee said on Wednesday he was booked up until Saturday. I made the appointment and then he never showed or returned my 3 calls Saturday or my 1 call the following Monday. It was not professional and set me back even longer on my claims with the insurance company.
Description of Work: He didn't show up to evaluate our sprinkler system.

Description of Work: I had a leaking valve and they responded in about 15 minutes, shut off the water and returned the next morning to replace valve and they checked out the entire system. Very happy with their service and they were very responsive.

+ -1 moreThe fact that I was able to call Lee and trust that he would properly and efficiently fix the sprinkler system at my rental property without having to go out and meet him and supervise the work was great. My tenants were pleassed and were not inconvenienced, and the bill was extremely reasonable. I was very impressed with Lee after having 2 other companies come out and give me detailed estimates of all the work that would be needed at considerable expense to get the sprinkler system at my newly purchased house in good working order. Lee explained the issues in a straight-forward manner, fixed all the problems, and did not insist that all new equipment was necessary. Everything has been working great. He is very courteous, punctual, and honest, and I highly recommend Kand A Lawn Sprinklers.
Description of Work: Lee Porter has performed repairs on a sprinkler system controller and rain sensor at my rental property. He took care of this without my having to drive a fair distance to meet with him. He then assisted me with some repairs on a sprinkler system in a home I purchased. He installed new drip lines for my plants, a new rain sensor, and checked the system thoroughly. He also returned to fix a broken sprinkler head that was run over by the neighbor's moving truck. While repairing it, he did another check of the entire system and found an underground leak which he also fixed.
