I called Jared's in the am hours for service and they showed up on time on the same day I called. Alex was my master plumber and he did a very professional job. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. He gave me a "no cost" estimate and explained what needed to be done. Price was very reasonable. He even totally cleaned up after and left NO mess behind. Very satisfied customer and will highly recommend Jared's.

Plumbers showed up on time and replace 2 toilets. 1 in my master bath and hallway. I just replaced my floors and these new toilets make the bathrooms look great compared to the old toilets that were 10+ years old.

It went great. Jared's team showed up on time and completed the repairs very quickly and professionally. Toilet has been working great ever since.

They did fine work, but they were expensive. I needed some work done. I called them. They came out later that day and did the work it was just kind of expensive.

Description of Work: On approximately Oct 12 we had a plumbing problem that cost $480 and was given a warranty for one month; on approximately Oct 27 we had a complete blockage of our plumbing, they responded and on Oct 28 cleared the line and showed me a video that they said showed a break in the line and said the line would clog again but they would fix it for $5300; I said OK and on 29 Oct they replaced the main plumbing line. I took 18 pictures through out the process and they never showed me the break in the line. I think what I saw in the video was a clean-out pipe that is visible on a picture I took when they removed the pipe. I feel that as a senior citizen over 80 years of age, I was taken advantage of and that the line did not have to be replaced. I am sorry I was so stupid to allow them to replace the line after the blockage was removed. I was really stupid to pay them more when I had a warranty for 30 days on blockage and 90 days on plumbing from Oct 12 2015 and the $5380 plumbing work was done on Oct 29th 2015. | | | | |

I have been using Jared's for 3-4 years. They have done several other jobs for us. They are very professional, friednly and up front. They always show up on time and if they are running late they make sure to call ahead. They are also very knowledgeable, very honest and do a great job. I have never had to call them back after a service for any repairs. They are great with their cleanup afterwards. I have never had any problems contacting the company or scheduling a service.
Description of Work: They came to replace all the pipes in the kitchen, they replaced a sink, installed a garbage disposal and installed a dish washer.

In one year, he came out and replaced 3 strainer baskets on my kitchen sink and wanted to charge me each time because they only have a warranty of 90 days. I talked to the owner about the issue and he was not willing to compromise and stuck to the 90 day warranty.

They sent a gentleman over to inspect my plumbing. I walked with him throughout the home. My feeling was that he looking for problems with my plumbing that wasn't there. He flushed one of my toilets and said it wasn't working properly. If I hadn't been standing there watching him and noticed that the toilet flushed fine he would of said it needed to be replaced. And for an inspection report they were going to charge $89.00.

I spent about $1000 to $1200. They were punctual and obliging. They did exactly what I wanted. They had done some other plumbing for me before. I was very happy with them. I got several bids for the last job. Their work was not the cheapest, but they went with a higher grade of water heater and that is what I wanted. Their bid was lower than a well known Houston firm.
