Janis, showed up on time. She evaluated the damage on my carport, gave me her professional opinion and an estimate to repair. I felt that she was honest and professional and I would definitely do business with her in the future.

We moved here from out of States and we knew that we wanted to live in Kingwood specifically and I chose her because she was living in Kingwood at that time over 20 years and raised her family here. I knew she knew this area and she did. She was amazing. We did not have to pay her because the seller paid her. She is just super nice and she really looked into what we wanted. She made sure that she settled the account with the house she sold us.

The Paul Corterfield was the agent we used. We brought the house in September and moved in October. She was spectacular. She probably showed us 50homes never willing to deny when we ask her to show us some place and she was just friendly, personable, always willing to help. Even after the sale she helped us when she could. We moved to an area which we aren’t familiar with so if we needed a plumber or anything we could get in touch with her and she would recommend people. She is actually become a personal friend now. She is just a spectacular person.
