+ -1 morelike the other people, job went well the first round...his son was great and so nice..however, I called the "dad" after Hurricane Ike (October 2008 sometime) to access the damage to the gutters and he never showed or called back..many months later, figuring the hurricane took him away, I have called again...to access the damage to our gutters as well as to give my neighbor a bid to repair a portion of hers...I called him 5 times today...each time he was heading here....the last call he told me he was at I-10 and the Beltway 8...would be here in 5 minutes...its rare to be lied to so boldly and I am really shocked...it would have been much easier to just not have come
Description of Work: I had 563 feet of gutter replaced... no problems...son was so nice....same as the others....everything great...but.....

+ -1 moreFather came out and bid on job. The son came out with a team of 3 or 4 other guys and went to work. The doorbell rang and they were done. That is it! I am very particular. They did about 591' of gutters.
Description of Work: Absolutely wonderful job! Professional, prompt and everything and then some. It's a father and son business. On my notes when these people came to the house, I had commented how nice the dad was, and then I met his son who was as nice and professional. It could not have gone better. I had about 10 companies come out to bid on the job and chose them. I am so glad I did! They do fences as well and we may use them for that, too.

+ -1 moreWe are not yet living in the house, and they were very good about being prompt to meet us for a quote. It is a father/son company. The work was completed well and on time. I was not "on-site" while they were working, but there was no mess left and the job was well done.
Description of Work: A section of the gutters was replaced, they were cleaned and screened were added over all the gutters on the house and garage.
