Description of Work: We replaced the upstairs unit, entire thing. Guys were polite and quick, however, when their manager came out to check everything they had left the job unfinished. ..hadn't even made one of the connections. ???? Fortunately, he immediately called attention to it (and was NOT happy) All fixed, and running beautifully!

Description of Work: On the morning of the first day to put our house on the market, with a 2:00pm showing scheduled, our a/c unit began making a loud noise. We explained our situation to the receptionist and they had a service technician at our home by 12 noon. He corrected the problem quickly and we purchased a service warranty to insure proper functioning for the upcoming months and all was good for our 2:00 showing. Couldn't have been more satisfied with their service.

Description of Work: Quoted almost twice what two other companies quoted for evaporator core replacement. We have used their services in the past and while they do quality work and are polite and prompt, I suspect they are on the high end in their pricing.

Description of Work: Sunday morning the a/c failed- Service Tech called saying he had 3 more service stops but would come today on Sunday. He called again at 3:00 PM saying he had one more stop and didn't kmnow how long it would take, but assured us he was coming; 4:30 Pm called again saying he would arrive in 10 minutes. Examined the system, found he failed part and replaced it and we had an operating a/c unit at 4:45 Professional and excellent --it was 96 degrees today and on a Sunday-- wow, were we happy just to enjoy his courtesey of calling and then fixed it promptle. Amazing Services
