+ -1 moreI found this business on Angie's List and double checked BBB and they had good ratings at both. I called them and a gentleman came out to assess my needs on Wednesday and gave an estimate. I accepted the estimate and they scheduled the installation for Saturday morning. On Saturday three installers came and installed the A/C. The following Thursday the gentleman (Dale) who scheduled the installation came back to confirm that the installation was done properly and that we were happy with the installation. Everyone involved were very friendly, courteous, and professional. I am very pleased with Goode Air Conditioning & Heating.
Description of Work: Replaced A/C condensing unit and evaporator unit.

+ -1 moreOur overall experience with them was quite painless. They did a good job and were in and out. There wasn?t any problem. They were neat and clean. They explained things as questions arouse. They were very attentive to the estimate that we had asked ahead of time. They came back and did some extra measuring after the first estimate to make sure everything was right. They enhanced the system by opening larger return air ducts which wasn't in the system before. It improved the cooling of the system and their price was appropriate.

They did a good job of laying out the project and communicating with me before, during and after project completion. We made a decision during the scoping phase to change the zoning in the home, and they were very helpful in providing guidance on how to do it and what the value trade offs were.
