 + -1 morePromised an estimate the next day. Never heard back and will not return phone calls. It's 5 days later. Must have been abducted by aliens. Very frustrating experience because this is the 3rd landscaper to no show, not return calls, and/or flake on us. Empty house, ready for market, and we can't seem to find landscapers who will return calls, do what they say they will, OR be candid if they are too busy or just don't want the job. Maybe it's a "one time" job because we are selling the house. BUT . . . we have lots of friends and family & family in the area, and all the neighbors know home owner who's lived there for 40 yrs. So that's short sighted. Passive/aggressive is not good customer service.
Description of Work: Showed up on time; looked over yard. We asked for asap estimate for yard makeover to give house for sale curb appeal. We explained the urgency: house ready for sale.
