Very unpleasant experience. I asked the owner (Eric) more than once if the recliner came with a headrest (a piece of fabric that lays under your head on the back of the chair to protect the upholstery). He assured me that a headrest came with it and the price of the chair included it. However, when the chair was delivered, the headrest was missing. When I spoke to Linda (Eric's wife) about the missing headrest she told me that the furniture manufacturer hadn't supplied headrests for recliners in years. And if I really wanted one my only recourse was to buy a yard of fabric (on my dime, or course) and make one myself. The fact that the price we had agreed on for the chair was to have included a headrest was totally irrelevant . In fact, when Linda asked Eric what he had told me about the headrest (surprise - surprise) he didn't recall our discussion at all. What liars !!! I will NEVER buy furniture here again and unless you like being lied to and dealing with dishonest people, I wouldn't recommend that you give them your business either.
