DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. $700 to replace 2 sheets of drywall, are you kidding me? This man is wrong for overcharging people affected by the freeze. He will never touch my house again. Neighbors beware.

The initial response from Mr. Hintzman was good and his services were performed well. I paid for some work on a second job that had not been completed based on my first encounter with him. Additionally, some of his work has not held up and will need to be repaired again. He has not, after six months, returned to finish the job for which he was paid. He has ignored six months of my attempts to contact him.

Perfect. Great job and they even picked out the head. Works great and they encountered a problem. No problem for these professionals. Would use again.

Work completed was ok at best. They remodeled my shower and did some other things around the house. when they started my shower they had to gut it out and tear off all the old tile. this consists of banging on your wall really hard and vibrating your whole house. you would think they would ask first if you have anything breakable before they start to move it off the walls but instead they just start working and i ended up with a few broken items. luckily i went and checked because the whole house was vibrating and I at least was able to save the rest of my stuff from falling and breaking too. As the week went on, I asked them how long it would take to finish everything and was told the following Monday or Tuesday. That day changed like 3 times. Felt like they were purposely dragging it out. then later they said they measured wrong and had to redo some of the tiles so that added on another day. everyday was a new excuse as to why they had to come back the next day and finish. finally had to tell them after 2 full weeks that it had to be done by that friday because i have to go back to work. the main guy Dave doesn't actually do the work he just comes by for not even 5 minutes to check on things then he's gone. if you have your shower done, the shower expert guy will come by for less than 5 minutes to look too then leaves. the guys actually doing the work are constantly talking on the phone or to each other which is probably why it takes so long to complete anything or why the measurements were off. Sometimes they will tell you they need to come back later that day and complete something else but they never return and if you call to ask if they are coming back they don't return calls, they just show up the next day like nothing. no set time. they don't really give you much information unless you specifically ask them for it and don't really listen to you when you tell them not to do something like make sure doors stay closed when they go in and out. Also when they had to redo the tiles they measured wrong, they had to remove and recut some new ones and were trying to rush instead of cutting them how they cut the first ones. i looked out the window and saw them sawing the new pieces off my AC unit! really! let's just blow all the dust right into my air conditioner! Just wasn't really impressed and will not be using them again in the future.

The service was exceptional. Mr Hintzman was on time for the estimate, informed us how approximately how long it would take, purchased what we needed rather than me going out and picking up the wrong stuff, and showed up on time to commence the job. I was extremely happy as was my wife. This was indeed a great job.

They are always on time and give a fair price. I have used them before in the past and Dave is the owner.

This time I called him with a plumbing emergency. He diagnosed it over the phone, and recommended a plumber, who came out the same day, confirmed his answer, and fixed the problem.

Dave gave me two estimates over the phone, one without paint and one with purchasing paint. He performed the work on the day agreed, and did a great job. I am very happy with the results, and will be calling him in the future for other work!

I had an excellent service because he lives across the street from me; how he would be otherwise, I wouldn't know. Since he was basically just sending his employees across the road, it was an immediate response and I couldn't wish for anything better. It was $100 and it was basically just the material and I don't even know if he gave me a friendship price but for what they had to do and how they had to dig up, it was very, very reasonable. How fast it was done stood out to me; I called him and five minutes later, his worker was already out digging up the yard.

It's the second time we've used them, he's not expensive but does nice work.

Dave really knows what he's doing and is very professional. He had two big guys with him and they were fast and efficient. I feel like the cost was a bit high, but don't have anything to compare it to. I just know he does great work and is trustworthy. He gave a date to do the work and showed up and did it well. No surprises.

They came out and took a look at the work we needed, said they could do it and asked me to email them to set up a date. I emailed them multiple times trying to set up a date to start the work and never received a reply. I phoned twice and did not receive a return call or message. Disappointing, very poor service!

Dave originally came out to give me an estimate on cleaning and sealing my deck. He told me what would be done, looked at other concerns I had about the deck and gave me options. I asked him about the cost of power washing my home, and doing a couple of other things that needed to be done. He gave me a complete estimate for my deck, power washing my house and covering the silicone calk around my doors and windows with latex calk so that it could be painted. When they finished there was no mess to clean up. They were careful about my plants. And my deck looks GREAT!

It has now been three days and he hasn't returned my phone calls. This is disappointing because event if he can't do the work, I wish he would just let me know.

Dave is extremely competent, courteous and professional. 1) A few years ago he replaced our kitchen sink faucet. I did not have the right tools to reach behind the sink, while laying on my back to remove the nut and washer (to remove the old faucet). Dave came right over, he had the tools and experience to get the old faucet out and the new one in in no time. 2) We also had a leaky toilet. He said the toilet was not leaking (meaning water was not getting past the flapper into the bowl; it was over filling the tank so the excess water rose up high enough that the water kept running into the vertical tube and down into the bowl. He fixed the float arm so it would not fill the tank so high. 3) Most recently, in Aug 2012 he replaced our electric cooktop with a gas cooktop. We already had a gas pipe stub running under the cabinet. He removed the electric cooktop, installed an electric junction box (to provide electricity to the electric starter to ignite the gas [ the old way was to use a burning match]). He turned off the gas outside, he connected the flexible gas line, installed a gas shut off valve, bled the gas line (to get any air out) and fired it up. It started right away. 4) Upon putting the drawers back (that slide in the cabinets under the cooktop), he found one drawer would not close because the back of the drawer was hitting the newly installed electric junction box. He suggested he could simply cut a notch in the back of the drawer rear panel to make it fit. We agreed (no one sees the back panel of the drawers). It fit perfectly. 5) When he wanted to shut off the natural gas, I showed him where the gas meter was. While there he noticed the A/C drain pipe was pouring a consistent stream of water (and making a puddle on the ground despite the 98 degree heat). He found the main A/C drain was clogged and the overflow pipe was picking up the slack. He explained, normally you should not see water draining on the outside. The A/C excess condensation water should drain directly into a pipe that is part of the house's sewer system. But if that main drain gets clogged, the overflow pipe takes over and lets the water drain outside. Otherwise the water would overflow the drip pan and run into the insulation and sheetrock, ruining both. If it was not noticed for a while, mold could be in the house. Our drip pan was nearly full of water. Dave saved the day. He went to the hardware store to get some parts. He cleared the clogged main drain. He installed a vertical piece of one inch PVC pipe in the main drain system and put a cap on it. He said to pour a cup or two of bleach down the vertical pipe to clear out anything that may be growing in the main drain system. That will keep it free and clear of backing up. Thanks Dave.
