I had scheduled Flow Tech to cover a water heater install for me based off their reviews and ability to fit my schedule. Originally I was going to have the replacement unit staged in the attic, just a simple swap out and I’d handle the disposal. Murphy’s Law saw fit to intrude and not only was I unable to get things staged, I wasn’t able to be home or have communication due to my own work schedule and requirements. Low and behold, shoe covers and all, the technician ended up not only getting the thing up into the attic solo, but also removed and disposed of the old one as well - all while honoring their original quote for the job. I found out afterwards - it was the company owner that had come out, as the guy that was originally scheduled had a job run late. Would recommend 110%, and will use again in the future. Huge props to the owner for coming out to the trenches and doing what his employees do - there isn’t enough of that these days, and that speaks volumes for the quality of this company to me.

Michael was quick to respond and also shared some tips with my husband to help avoid future problems. He’s very knowledgeable at what he does and his pricing is super reasonable. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
