I had new carpet installed in 2009 by Flooring America in which they did a GREAT job. Recently, I had water seep into my house that affected a small portion of my carpet. I remembered the GREAT experience I had with them previously so I called them to put down new pad to the area affected. They were the best price and were able to come out quick! Both installers were very nice and professional. They put down new pad and while they were doing that I asked if they could stretch out a couple of areas in which there were some wrinkles. They did that.....they were very careful when moving furniture and all allowed me to vacuum where the furniture was. They were also VERY punctual! I am planning on getting new carpet installed in my entire house and will be contacting flooring America for that as well. They are in Humble but do serve the entire Houston and areas around Houston, including Pearland. I am VERY pleased with the job they did. My carpet looks BETTER than before I had the water seepage. They left everything very neat and clean and tidy.
