Eagle Movers

We contacted Eagle Movers on 8/17/20 and spoke with Rosa Ibarra. She booked our move for 8/22/20 between 8-8:30 am. Rosa called us at 10am on the day before they were supposed to show up. On the 8/22/20, moving day, the did not show up. We called continuously from 8:45 to 9am, and had to leave messages because they did not answer. Finally, I drove to the address listed on the Google Business listing. It was a residential home. I looked up the address to confirm and it showed Rosa and Jose Ibarra as owners the home. I knocked on the door and Rosa answered the door. I know this because we visited their Facebook page.. She lied stating she was not associated with Eagle Movers. I asked her if other customers have visited them at home as the business address. She replied ,"No, they call"... indicating that she is getting business calls on her phone. She realized she was caught in a lie and slammed the door. 30 minutes after I left her business home my wife received a call from the same business number. The caller claimed to be Tony Gonzales, the manager of the household. He said that they have multiple receptionists.. (lol.. that never answer the phones all morning) and there was an issue with an invoicing mix up. What a joke. BEWARE! We were up at 7am finishing up on moving day and they do not show up or call. THEY LIED to my face. Come to find out their business licensed expired in 2003! My belief is that they booked a larger job for more money and broke their commitment to us.

It was excellent! Everything went well. They came on time, friendly and efficient.

They were upfront about the price, showed up on time and were very careful in taking the piece apart and putting it back together.

Rosa promptly returned my initial inquiry call. She followed up two days before the scheduled move to confirm. Antonio and his crew did a fantastic job. They moved a second floor, two bedroom apartment to their van in the rain. They wrapped the furniture in blankets and plastic to protect everything in the truck. They also moved our stuff from an outside storage facility - thankfully the rain had let up by then. They were professional, courteous and also very entertaining as they worked. I read terrible reviews about movers not being careful, taking too many breaks, spending time on their phones, etc. NONE of that happened with this crew. I would HIGHLY recommend Eagle Movers.

Eagle Movers did a great job. They provided a 3-man crew, and the move took approximately two hours as estimated. They responded promptly when I left a message requesting information and communicated with me effectively to confirm the move and to let me know when the movers were on the way to my home. During the move, the three movers were very careful and professional. They were very cautious and patient when moving my furniture through tight spaces and treated all boxes and furniture with care. I would definitely use this company in the future as well as recommend them to others.

Eagle Movers were very professional. Three men arrived on time and with a smile. The move was local. They packed the Chrystal for me and began the move. It went smoothly and always with a pleasant attitude, even when some of the really heavy pieces had to go to the second story. The men were careful with my antiques and the walls of my new home. I highly recommend this company for any move. The owner, Rosa was wonderful, even when I made a mistake as to day of moved. She adjusted her schedule and all went well.
