Description of Work: During the spring, Jay came by and gave us an overall checkup on inside and outside units. The units in the attic were utilizing the overflow pan once again due to hair clogging the sinks below. He blew them out and told us how to keep from this happening again and saved the day so we have no future water leak damage! He also gave straight up answers and advice to how old one of the units was and what we could be expecting in repairs/quality/energy efficiency and wrote a very detailed quote on what could be replaced and the great price and payment plan info for an entirely new unit. Several months later when the unit actually did spring a leak and shut down, he was very fast to arrive at our home. We have used Jay at Deerwood Air for several years and have always been extremely pleased with his honesty, great work and punctuality! We would definitely recommend this company!
