Joey Beck of Bekmode came to my home location and took measurements of the proposed carpentry project. Joey then created a crude sketch of proposed work a week after deposit. He also refused to reply to e-mail correspondence. Two weeks later he e-mailed with a cancellation of project in an e-mail with a description saying that he would be holding out of my deposit non-refundable materials and restocking fees and mail the balance within 10 days. I quote Joey Beck in his cancellation on 10/15/2013: "Mr. Anderson, I got a message from our main office that your requested verification that I am the owner of BEKMODE. As I have assured your before we have built our company on a reputation of integrity, quality, and fairness. However, you still seem to have many concerns about our ability and willingness to honor the agreement we have with you. We therefore feel that it would not be in BEKMODE's best interest to continue with your project. We hereby effectively and immediately cancel our agreement with you. Any amounts BEKMODE incurs for non-refundable materials purchased in your behalf or for material restocking fees will be deducted from your deposit. Please allow seven to ten business days for your refund to arrive in the mail. Sincerely, Joey Beck BEKMODE"
