We had a good experience with Attic Stars. When I contacted the company to schedule an appointment, the representative was very responsive, polite and answered all of my questions. The technician arrived in the time frame as stated. He was also polite and professional. He did a good job cleaning out the dryer vent. He also fixed the tubing on the dryer the correct way and tightened it. We appreciated that. The tech was also able to give us an estimate to clean the main AC unit which was at a reasonable price. We will definitely keep Attic Stars information handy for future jobs. Thank you

Came at appointed time, gave me the estimate and worked quickly to blow in the insulation. They cleaned the garage floor under the opening and took 8 pictures showing the depth of insulation.

Salesman was very courteous professional on time. We had a misunderstanding on pricing. We worked it out.

Mike Gende and his partner, Alex arrived on time as promised at 10:00 AM today 10/14/17. They did the job right away, was very professional and courteous. Last Thursday, Mike came to explain that what I need is an attic insulation instead of a solar attic fan, and install tent on the attic door to save energy. They did an excellent job today, and give instruction on how to open and close the tent around the attic door, did vacuum to clean up the floor. I inspected their work before they left and find it very satisfactory. Mike explain to keep the area around the air blower without insulation so the air can pass through. Mike sanitize the attic before installing the insulation. Now, the air is fresh in the house and keeps the house cool. The $500.00 credit in the coupon was applied to the total price of the installation of the insulation and attic tent zippered door opening.

Job went perfectly even after I asked to have more insulation added to middle of walkway after they had packed everything up. They quickly and immediately obliged.

Previously on 8/10 I gave them a poor review. Frankly I did not want them to return. But honesty Mike did try and contact me several times to try and make things right. I agreed to let them return and address my concerns . This time not only did he fully cover the areas that were not fully coated but he also covered the garage at no extra cost. Additionally he used a sanitizer on my ac to alleviate any lingering orders. Finally he stopped several time to make sure I was satisfied with the job being done.

Excellent job, great crew, and Mike who gave us the estimate, supervised the job and was great to work with. The job was finished in one day since the crew worked hard to wrap up without having to come out the next day.

He was very prompt and professional. The work was done well. He also helped me understand the cost benefit of different solutions.

All went as planned. I'm just not sure the aluminum sprayed on barrier was worth it. An improvement is not noticeable in my electric bill- but I only got the side of of the roof with the direct sun treated. I was concerned that the service team did not have protective clothing for the spray. So I am neutral on the product. Service was fine-other than my concern for worker safety.

This is my second time choosing this company and am pleased that I did ..it is really great company! Great employees! Great product! Last summer they install fiberglass insulation into our attic and they did a wonderful job .. me and my wife decided to add radiant Barrier for our attic to make our house more energy efficient .. am very picky when it comes to contractors and always get at least three bids for any project. I contact attic stars mike came to my house and he gave us the best price and also add attic tent free with the job because we are a company customers I decided to go with attic stars .. three days later mike and the crew arrived to install the radiant barrier and they were on time and worked hard . Great job guys..now we immediately noticed a difference our air conditioner would kick on in the late morning and now it doesn't come on until late afternoon.. the house is a lot cooler and we are looking forward to the energy saving..am very appreciate mike and his crew and attic stars company

The person who came was on time, knowledgeable and polite. He did a very good job explaining his findings and suggestions. He gave me a quote that seems reasonable to me. I will ask them to insulate my attic.

We originally found Attic Star on Groupon and Angie’s List and then decided to get an estimate for our new home. Mr. Mike came out and was extremely helpful and informative as to what we needed to get done for optimal insulation and future savings to our electrical bill. He gave a same-day quote and stood by it to completion of the project. The workers stayed on task the entire day of installation. They were professional and met our expectations. We will definitely call them for insulation in any our future properties.
