Atascocita Christmas Lights

My initial call was not like a professional business call, it was his cell phone & he was like, hello? I thought I dialed the wrong number. He came out and texted me an estimate and told me when he could install them. He said you don't have to be there when I install them. When I texted him to pay him, which he told me he prefers cash, he responded in 4 minutes and was at my house in 20 minutes to pick up the money. I then texted him again in less than two hours after he got the money to let him know there was a bulb out. He replied and said he would be there is 2-3 days to replace it.....which never happened! I texted him again a couple weeks later and asked if he could replace it before my party on Christmas Eve, no response. Then on January 1st I received a text saying Happy New Year & he would begin taking down lights around the third and we would be notified, to be prepared. Needless to say I came home one day to a pile of lights laying on my front porch. And then he had the nerve to send out another text trying to promote his pool business (lakeshorepools.com)! I would NEVER do business with him again. He obviously cares about the money & that's it. Horrible customer service & no regards for his work after the money is collected. I guess I should have known why he was so much cheaper than everyone else. You get what you pay for.

No service was provided

Turned off with the first call to this "company."  Did not answer with company name, simply asked me to "leave a message."  Then said it again in Spanish.  Hmmmmmmm.  Think I'll continue looking for help elsewhere See above information.  I am self employed.  This guy is not a people person.  He eventually called me back in 3 days to set a time for an estimate which was cancelled because of RAIN!
