Description of Work: This was part of a prepaid deal for check-up of A/C system. The technician was quite good and friendly but he did not check the evaporator coil. He did check everything else. That is why I gave a B on quality.

Description of Work: We were contacted by email the same day and set up for service for the following day. The technician called early in the morning and came in at a time that was convenient to us. He was friendly and professional, and mindful of our home and privacy. I believe he did a thorough job. He did find issues that had to be dealt with and we decided to proceed with the additional servicing, which added up to an additional cost as well. Overall, we are happy with the service and our AC seems to be working more efficiently since then.

Description of Work: He changed the leaking coil and added refrigerant. He even let us know that he thought he could get the evaporator coil covered under warrantee because it was less than 5 years old. Saved a TON of money.

Description of Work: I took advantage of the $49 service call. The technician was very thorough and even set up and installed my replacement hepa filter in the attic at no extra charge. It took some time and is a pain to get in the frame. I'm was pleasantly surprised when I was not charged extra. He also sprayed off the "fins" on the outside unit. I would definitely use them again.
