Same day service, prompt, courteous, skilled and professional. They ordered the window, and when it arrived ~3 hours later, they called me to come in for service. Replaced the window in about 30 minutes. Vacuumed up all the broken glass thoroughly. Now named "Irizarry Atascocita Window Tint and Auto Glass", same location, same number.

Customer service was excellent they were very precise very nice they make you feel at home while you wait for your car and their prices were good. My window tint was done perfectly with no bubbles and they were fast and efficient, they also do alarms and stereos and other services. I highly recommend them and i am very satisfied with their service.

To begin I was probably in and out of Angel's Auto Glass in 10 minutes. They were very efficient! I recently had taken my car to the dealership to get serviced and when it was returned to me, the rearview mirror was sitting in my passenger seat and that dealership said it wasn't their problem. So I turned to look at many different places to see what I could afford for this re-attachment. One place I called wanted to charge me $100!! I was so glad I came by Angel's Auto Glass, they were very courteous and kind. I was in the store for less than 10 mins (which is awesome)! When it came time to make my payment I asked the man behind the counter how much it would be and he replied "you put the price," at first I thought he was joking but he actually meant it!! So I gave him $20 and was on my way. The mirror since then has not fallen off and there are no signs of any residue glue on my windshield. Very impressed & would 100% recommend!!

These guys did a great job. I made a special request to get a higher quality windshield for the van without having to pay the high dealership price and they came through for me. The guys were very professional. They installed the glass to perfection and then detailed everything to make the glass sparkle. They were even able to transfer the EZ Tag and registration sticker for us...that saved a huge hassle. The guys would quickly and communicated the next steps. Before they left they cleaned up everything and made sure I was 100% happy. I hope I don't have to use the often, but if I need a windshield, these are the guys I am calling.

The person in charge was very helpful both on the phone and at the business. His prices were better than surrounding auto glass repair businesses. I was able to make an appointment and only had to wait 35 minutes to have the work completed.

Stopped by without an appointment. Got a good quote. Owner said they could do the job immediately, had windshield in stock. They replaced windshield, switched all stickers and EZ tag. They kept everything clean. I was out of there in 25 minutes. Owner and workers all friendly and helpful.

Person answering the phone was friendly and responsive when I called for estimate. I was a little leery because the price was so low compared to other estimates I received. After reading other good Angie's List reviews, I decided to book the appointment. When I arrived, my car was taken right away and the windshield was replaced in what seemed like no time at all. Would definitely recommend!

They were courteous and did the job, no complaints and I would definitely use them again. They were about $250 cheaper than the quote we got from another larger company.

Unbelievable work. Was told that the chip would probably be visible after the fix because it was so large... you can hardly see it the work was done so well. I have had probably around 4-5 windshields replaced by Angel. They are the best. Recommend them highly.

Excellent customer service. Excellent price- compared to others in area. Discount for being an Angie's List member. Clean/Comfortable waiting area. Walked in with no appointment-was immediately taken care of. Job was completed in less time than originally told. 30 minutes from walk in to walk out. Happily surprised at quality of work done- can barely tell there was a HUGE "chip" there. Two months later, even after the Texas heat, and still no "runners". I highly recommend Angel Auto Glass and will use them again in the future.

They said they could fix it but because the crack extended all the way to the edge, they recommended not spending the money to do it because it would probably happen again. They recommended a good price to replace it, which I appreciated. They looked at it right then.

I'd tried to troubleshoot an annoying whine in my Jeep's rear speakers for weeks. Online forums offered many suggestions, but nothing worked. I took the car to the big box squad in both Atascocita and Humble--they had no solution. The car audio specialists that liken themselves to a toy store said they'd charge me to look around. Finally, I took it to Fernando at Angel Auto Glass. He knew exactly what the problem was just by asking me questions, and fixed it in 30 minutes while I waited. Better yet, he improved my systems overall clarity--noticeably--and there is NO trace of any whine in any speaker. Since I was interested, he took the time to explain exactly what he did. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. He charged me considerably less than any other audio place would have.

I filed a claim with my insurance only to find that I have a $500.00 deductible for glass. I contacted a glass co. that would come to me, but it would be next Tuesday (today is Friday) and it would cost $418.00. I decided to check Angie's List. I called Angel Auto Glass at 8:00 am . They shopped the glass and found a used for 1/2 the price of new(this is a very expensive little glass $350.00-400.00) Used price was less than 200.00. He said they would go pick up the glass and call me when they had it . They called me at 9:55 and said they had the glass. It takes me about 45 minutes from Splendora to their location. I was at their location less than half that time. 20 minutes from when I parked until I drove away with a perfectly installed tinted quarter glass. Exceptional service all the way around!

I called Angel Auto Glass to see when I could bring our 2004 Honda Civic in for a new windshield replacement. They said come on in now and we will have it ready within a hour. I waited in their waiting area for around 40 minutes and they had it replaced. They did an excellent job. I used my coupon from Angie's list and was given 10 dollars off, so the new windshield only cost 145.10. A few weeks prior I had them tint our windows on two of our cars, using $10 off coupons it cost 150.00 for each. I was very pleased with their service, I highly recommend them.

Angel's glass gave me by far the lowest price on a windshield replacement in the Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood area. The fact that the price was so low made me skeptical--I almost did not use them. In the end I was extremely happy that I did. Though they said it would take an hour, my car was ready in 35 minutes. The work was very clean & tidy. The proprietor answered all of my questions, and made it very clear that they stand behind their work. During the process, I overheard the owner giving advice to another customer that saved the customer money and ensured a better result. I would use these guys in an instant if I ever had another glass replacement issue--they are excellent and extremely ethical.

I called ANGEL AUTO GLASS around 1:15pm Thursday on 10/10/2013 to inquire about replacing my windshield. "Angel" answered the phone and advised he had the windshield in stock & quoted me a price. I asked if there were any other costs associated with the quote. No hidden costs, the quote was for the windshield replacement & of course there's tax. I asked about making an appointment, but to my surprise he said I could come right away, if I wanted. Told him I would be there in about 30 mins. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Angel himself and there was no waiting. He was very courteous and professional. I used Angel Auto Glass due to the great reviews from other members on Angie's List. I also noticed the $10 off coupon offered, so I printed it and carried it with me. Angel was very courteous & gladly accepted it. The work was completed in a timely manner & after paying, I was leaving around 3:15pm. I don't know if I happen to catch him at a good time since it was a Thursday afternoon, but I was very happy to get it done so promptly. It was a great customer experience!! In the past I used another auto glass company in the Humble area. The other company (which I will not name) was a family owned business that lacked big time in quality of work & customer service. I made an appointment & waited there while they did the work. The last time I was there, the owner's "son" worked in the bay area replacing windshields; while the "daughter" worked in the office. I was the only customer in the waiting area. Didn't see the owner or his wife there at all. It was not a good experience as the son & daughter argued back and forth the whole time I was there. I was concerned if the son was paying close attention to what he was doing. Sure enough, after I paid & was ready to drive home, I noticed a big scratch on the faux wood trim on the dashboard. I drove back & asked the son if it was standard procedure to lay a quilt or some kind of padding across the dash to prevent such things from happening. He said "no, it wasn't necessary". Hah, indeed it was necessary if you do sloppy work & don't pay attention. Long story short, I called the owner (the father) & he made sure the trim was replaced with new trim, at no cost to me. The father was the only one that apologized for the inconvenience to me. At least the father did the right thing; however I vowed to never use them again. So, I can say I was a very happy customer at ANGEL AUTO GLASS. I will use them again if I ever need to plus I will refer my friends & family to Angel.

I was very nervous about taking the car to them because I'd never used them and because of the crappy job another Humble place had done on my other car. Needless to say, I'm very happy. No leaks, no whistling air, no issues at all. I wish I'd taken my other car there.

I was delighted with this service. I called, got a quick service appointment on the day I wanted, but it rained, so we had to re-schedule (replacing windshields in the rain--not a good idea!) But they sent the serviceman out within 24 hours, did the job quickly and with care (taking special precautions to carefully remove my EZ Tag sticker, inspection sticker and registration sticker and put them on the new glass---). The price was exactly as quoted, and the work was done on the street right in front of my house. I will definitely call them when I need another windshield!

My husband had the windshield broken in his truck late on Friday night of Memorial Day weekend. It absolutely had to be repaired because he had a commitment to pick up a load early Tuesday morning and could not reschedule. He had tried the national auto glass chains, none of which had openings for repairs until midweek after the holiday. I checked Angie's List and found Angel's Glass, called from our home in Tennessee and arranged for the work to be done on Saturday morning. Angelo was very accommodating and helpful on the phone, giving directions and information about parking availability for a tractor-trailer. My husband picked up the windshield and had no trouble finding Angel's Glass from the directions given. It is not unusual for windshields to be damaged in these trucks, this is the second to be replaced in a matter of months, and we will use Angel's Glass the next time we have a damaged glass - and recommend him to the other truck owners working on this project. The cost was much lower than the national chains and the service was superior.

Product as advertised, and as scheduled. Angel was very professional and exhibited a sincere desire to make my experiance the best it could be. He even made some calls to locate a part that I needed for another issue with the van. Will definately recommed to others and return myself....

When I called for an estimate for the windshield replacement, I spoke to Angelo personally. I accepted his estimate of $155.00 to replace the glass at my residence and we set the appointment for the next day. The repairman arrived as promised in a very professional vehicle complete with all the tools and components necessary to do the work. Removal and replacement took about 45 minutes. I observed the work from start to finish. Special care was taken at all times to prevent soiling or damaging the outside and inside of the car. Very professional attitude on the part of the repairman. Special care requirements for the newly installed glass were fully explained. I highly recommend this company for repair or replacement of autoglass.
