Great job repairing all rotten siding

Jose was quick and work looks great.

VERY POLITE, PROMT, ON TIME. THEY DROVE FAR TO GET HERE AS WELL. PUNCTUAL .

They do good work. However, you will need to check on them. The sales person went thru the repair jobs that I need in different area for my chimney leak from the attic side, and gave me a price. The quote I received in writing was not as detailed as what we discussed. So when the roof repair person came, he did what he thought was needed for the repair, which is only half of the work (e.g. I have some rotted wood under the shingle in 3 areas, and the price qutoed included replacing everything, but the roof man was not going to replace them because he said they look fine from the roof. I had to call the sales person and get them to replace the rotted wood) At the end, there is still a small portion of the rotted wood by the chimney that was not replaced because they said it was hard to get to, but it was included in the quote. So be careful what you agree to on the quote.

They did a good job. Tommy checked it all out and was very pleased. They were in and out in a matter of 2 hrs. They did some extra work that they included in the price. I would use them again. They even hauled off the old material.

Jose met with me on a Friday afternoon, sent a bid to me that evening and it was accepted. There was no rain forecast for the following day (Saturday) and I asked Jose if he could do the work on that day and he told me he could. I was pleased with the work and Jose's following through on the timely submission of the bid and willingness of him and his crew to work on a Saturday. The work essentially involved replacing 2-3 pieces of OSB siding with Hardi board on the 2nd floor level and the installation of 1x6 Hardi board trim, caulking and painting on 1st and 2nd floor levels. Jose and his crew left the job site clean. I will definitely ask him to bid on future work that might be needed.

Jose and his crew were efficient, they worked quickly. I will hire them for other projects .No down payment was needed. They replaced rotten trim around the house,and did a good job. and I was told if anything came loose, be sure to call him. They are dependable.
