Showed up promptly to provide estimate. Even gave some free advice that day on a tree I had incorrectly put pine needles on for mulch. Showed up promptly the morning of the appointment. Owner stayed on site to make sure work was done properly. Everything was cleaned up.

Tree was severely pruned by unsupervised workers and went into shock. They came back out(after several phone calls with no response)and applied some type special root enzymes with deep root feeder. Tree is now completely dead and the company has never followed up or called to see if the work was satisfactory. E-mail sent to Angie's List with more detailed report on services.

Excellent work and perfect clean-up. Came promptly with large work crew and made sure that they I was okay with the planned "raising of branches" and all other aspects. Reasonably priced, they were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive of the four bids I had gotten prior to hiring them.

They came in below the estimate and arrived early. They had professional and pleasant conduct over the phone.

THESE GUYS WERE GREAT. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW WELL THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETE. MY TREE LOOKED GREAT AND SO DID THE REST OF THE YARD. THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAT SOME OTHERS, BUT THEY ARE PROS SO ITS WORTH IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THIS TREE WAS SEVERELY DAMAGED AT THE TIME OF HURRICANE RITA. WE HAD TO WAIT ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF BECAUSE OF EMERGENCY JOBS THEY WERE TAKING. THEY SHOWED UP EARLY FOR THE JOB - A SUPERVISOR THAT OPERATED A VERY LARGE STUMP GRINDER AND 2 OTHER WORKERS. THEY DID QUICK, GOOD WORK, SHREDDING BRANCHES AND CLEANING UP AS THEY WENT. THE STUMP WAS GROUND OUT COMPLETELY, ABOUT 2 FEET DOWN, AND DIRT AND TRUNK MULCH WERE REPLACED INTO THE HOLE. OUR LAWN LOOKED VERY CLEAN WITH JUST A NEAT ROUND FILLED HOLE LEFT. I DON'T KNOW ABOUT PRICE - WE TOOK THE FIRST COMPANY THAT AGREED TO COME OUT BECAUSE IT WAS SUCH AN EYESORE. THE MAN OPERATING THE GRINDER TALKED TO ME ABOUT DIFFERENT KINDS OF REPLACEMENT TREES WE COULD GET, WHEN TO PLANT, ETC. HE SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN.
