Contacted this vendor and agreed upon quote and start date. The morning of the job, he confirmed he was on his way. Then he never showed. When I called to inquire if he had gotten lost, he said he was in a minor car accident and would be arriving shortly. He never showed and would not answer my calls or texts. I had taken the day off of work for this repair, and because he never showed, I had to take more time off work to look for another quote and go with another vendor.
Description of Work: He did not show up to perform the job.

I was involved in a car accident while en route to the customer's house, I was going to attempt to make the appointment, however it turned out I suffered more damage than I initially thought. Paramedics ended up transporting me to the hospital for further observation and it turned out I had a slight fracture to my hip bone. I was out of commission for the following 2 weeks.
