Both home inspections went well. Chris was very thorough and professional and was more than willing to answer any and all of my questions. He spent about 2-3 hours on each home and inspected all appliances, AC/heat, attic, plumbing, interior/exterior, etc. He found several (mostly minor) issues and went over them verbally with me. I received both reports very quickly via email. The reports were detailed, and included many color photos. I would highly recommend Acadian and will use them again in the future!
Description of Work: Chris was able (on short notice) to inspect TWO investment homes, on a Saturday, for a very reasonable price ($450 for both).
