The technician arrived at my house was pleasant and courteous. He started to check the first floor unit and found the problem was with the tube from the pressure switch to the fan had some debris blocking the flow path. The next thing he checked was the temperature of the air coming in and going out to ensure the proper temperature gradient, this in itself is fine to determine the performance of the coils but when I asked for him to check the refrigerant levels he said it was needed as the temperature was fine. He checked the drain lines by blowing into it but did not do much more than that to verify no blockages, check the outside units visually and sprayed down the fins down with water to clean them off. The reason was for the poor review was two weeks later, my coils started to freeze up due to a leak in my evaporator coils which was never inspected. If the technician would have checked my coolant levels as requested he would have noticed the problem and could have been rectified sooner. In addition, when the coils were being replaced, the technician found an area where a fair bit of debris had accumulated in the drain line which would have never been caught simply blowing on the line. For me the quality of work performed was not worth the price paid as I had to spend the money again to fix the problems not detected during the inspection.

I called as soon as they opened and they had a tech at my house by 10am the same day. turns out it was a smashed thermostat wire from a recent home remodel that the tech found. this is the 4th time I have used aaron mechanical and I have had the same results every time. they are always on time and in my case it has always been same day service.

They are an awesome company. Their service is great and they know what they are doing. I am just very happy with them. They are just very nice people.

I don't remember everything that was done. My wife was at home when they provided services. With so many contractors available, I worry about companies taking advantage of it's customers. We felt very comfortable and will use them again.

It went very well. They came out on Easter weekend and didn't hesitate.

I've used them for years, and they've been fine! They've replaced one of our air conditioning systems too. They've always done good work. Their rates are reasonable and they've been honest. When I've had emergencies, they've come out right away! I haven't had any problems and I'd recommend them to others!

A friend of mine said they had used Aaron Mechanical a few weeks ago when their a/c went out. We had called some other people for estimates, but decided to call them as well. Phillip actually gave my husband advice over the phone after listening to my husband explain what another company's repairman had told us. The repairman said we needed to replace everything--furnace, condenser and coils. (This was also going to cost us $10,000 according to that guy.) Phillip said the assessment was most likely incorrect. This was late in the afternoon, but he said he'd try to come out after he finished another job. He called again about an hour later to say that he wasn't finished, but he'd try to make it out around 8 p.m. He called again to tell us that he was still on the job, but would come by the next day. He did, and sure enough he said we did not need to replace our furnace. Others who came out to bid the project said the same thing. Aaron Mechanical's bid was the lowest (when you paid cash). We went with them because we felt like we already had trust in them.. and the price was good! Phillip and another guy were prompt arriving at our house the next morning at 8:30. They worked quietly all day, took a short break for lunch, and then were through by 3 p.m. Our house was cool by 9 p.m.! We're so glad we found an honest company we can depend on!
