About us

I specialize in properties suitable for those involved in equine, livestock, FFA / 4-H type activities. This involves years of experience in unimproved property from the average lot to large and extensive acreage in East and South Texas as well as knowledge of what is necessary for the housing, care and maintenance of horses and livestock. New home construction and preparation for delivery of modular housing including clearing, driveways, permits, poles, fencing, aerobic/septic systems and wells are included in my experience. Extensive knowledge of rural ,low income as well as farm and ranch financing. As a sSenior citizen I am uniquely qualified to assist with the issues involved in downsizing and relocation and am experienced in estate sales and liquidations.
