Badley, I saw them advertising on a TV show called 'great day Houston', He said there is no surprise in our company. they were anything but surprise. BUT Get ready to pay more than they told you on the phone. plus my rug is still filthy. the young man who did the job was nice and polite and was doing what the owner told him to do which was to go over it only once!! he told me, ma'am, the water still looks dirty we need to take your rug to the factory to clean it and it will cost $550.00 I ask him to go over it one more time, and he said ''I can not do that''. ''it cost more money''. I did not want to get him in trouble so I paid him what I was told and asked him to leave. I gave them a zero for their survey, and they called me to fix it but again they were telling me to pay more to clean it. I will post the picture of the rug that was taken on June- 26 2021and another pic is 6-2-2023 after they suppose to be cleaned. to see how it was before and after. my rug already looks clean before they cleaned it. I'' give them Zero stars. Word of mouth is the best advertisement.

Performed beyond expectation and Jared was very helpful, gave regular updates, and provided great information about the process. I highly recommend Zerorez. Cost is provided for acceptance before the work begins and no surprises.

It was a small wool rug I had cleaned. Generally it looked a little cleaner but there were a dozen stains and spots that seemed relatively untouched by there cleaning capabilities. Disappointing result

The young man gave me an up front price and then tried to give me an additional charge when I ask him did he do my area rugs that we discussed prior to him beginning. Thank God his manager made the right decision to clean my two area rug without the additional charge that was not given upfront. The carpets look clean yet still had an odor. Overall the service was not to standard nor acceptable for the cost. I won’t use them again.

Our carpets have never looked better in all my years of getting carpet clean this surpassed all expectations no smells no residue looks like a new house I'm very impressed and highly recommend. In addition, our rep Les was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Service person explained his capabilities on certain stains. He was able to remove a large stain that we were concerned about. He was punctual and respectful.

The whole process was amazing. I was able to get an estimate and schedule an appointment online. The technician arrived on time. He was professional and very friendly. He cleaned my carpets expertly. They last time they were this clean was when they were new. And this is all done without any soap or harsh chemicals. My final invoice was exactly the same as the estimate. This is a great company. I highly recommend them!

No pressure up front pricing which matched my estimate, other than my request to add the pet treatment. My invoice was based on 4 carpeted bedrooms with walk in closets and tile throughout the rest of the home. Les was friendly, efficient and did a fantastic job! My carpets & tile look great and my whole house smells and feels cleaner!!! I will definitely use Zerorez again!!!

Before & Afters attached!! The smell of the products definitely got to me (I’m sensitive to everything) so I’ll suggest to anyone else airing the home out once their finish.
