$170 fee to look at the issue that I was not made aware when I scheduled the appointment. I paid the fee. While they should?ve told me in advance about the fee I?ll take the blame since I didn?t ask. Two men came out to look at the drip on my backflow that was installed last year. Quoted 465, but said they needed to order the part. I had to follow up w the office a week later. They sent someone different to fix it and he told me a different price that was lower. He said he?d redo the invoice. He never redid the invoice. I followed up w a call to the office. Again he told me he?d redo it. Long story short I was tired of arguing with the office over the price and paid the 465 (170 org fee was credited to the price). Due to the poor communication I?ll never use them again nor would I recommend them.

They returned my query promptly, helped assess my need and their ability to meet over the phone. Kept their appointment. Were polite, professional and prompt. Completed the work quickly and was able to reduce the cost. I will definitely be referring them and if needed using them again.

Zac was quick to respond my message about my sink being clogged and how urgent it was since it was messing with my AC. He came after hours, took time to explain what he was going to take care of and gave tips on how to help prevent it from happening. Great service and highly recommend them

I originally sought out ZC Pro because of their experience within my area and neighborhood. When I called, they were very friendly, had great customer service, and were quick to respond even though my request was not urgent. The men who helped me with my toilet walked me through each step of their process and went above and beyond to ensure I was good to go on my plumbing needs. I will definitely be referring to them again in the future!
