As a sixth and seventh generation family-run business, we are proud to personally assist and serve our customers. At Zadok’s, we have created a unique combination. While being a local Houston jewelry store, we also receive national, as well as international recognition in the jewelry and watch industries for our sterling reputation, exceptional service, integrity, philanthropy, and successful growth. Through the years we have also been privileged to become the jeweler of choice for many people who live in other parts of the country and around the world. On our website and in our store, we feature a vast array of merchandise, including spectacular collections from the world’s leading jewelry designers and Swiss watch brands. There are several GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Graduate Gemologists on our staff, including all of the Zadok sons. With expert guidance from us, and a non-pressure selling ethic, a relaxing shopping experience always awaits you at Zadok Jewelers. All this, plus a vast selection of certified loose diamonds and gemstones, platinum and gold engagement and wedding rings, and Swiss timepieces, has earned our store the reputation as Houston's largest and most distinctive couture Jewelry, watch, and diamond gallery. Gifts of fine jewelry and luxury watches are of lasting value. This is a perfect time to bring in some of your own jewelry that you do not care to wear anymore. We will work with you on redesigning the pieces and custom-design something that fits your own personal taste and style. We have both an on-site jewelry fabrication facility and jewelry repair services. Our watch service center can repair, restore and maintain virtually any watch, and is an official repair facility for many fine watch lines. During the past 34 years our store has grown along with its clientele. Today, Zadok Jewelers encompasses over 12,000 square feet- ten times its original size- and our loyal customers span across the globe.

Description of Work: We brought my wedding ring in to have a diamond reset. They gave us an estimate, which seemed high, but we agreed to it. They also examined my engagement ring and claimed my prongs were loose and had to be replaced. They refused to give us an estimate in the second ring but said they would call us later with a price quote. Long story short, we never heard from them. When my husband called back, Zadok's claimed they were in the middle of "re- setting" my engagement ring, then quoted us a ridiculous price. We felt like we were being pushed into a corner. We immediately returned to the store and took our to g back. I will never use this jewelry store again. I have no use for "shady" business practices.

I worked with Jonathan, the son of one of the owners, and Bob. They were phenomenal people. They really took care of us. It was a wonderful experience.

ZADOK JEWELERS DOES FINE WORK FOR A FAIR PRICE. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES FOR WATCH PURCHASES AND REPAIRS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED, OILED AND ADJUSTED A MEN'S WATCH AND INSTALLED A NEW BATTERY.
