Description of Work: Zack and his crew built a patio of about 400 sq. ft. in my side yard. The work was exceptional: every tile was aligned to a millimeter, a three layer base was laid and supported by a mortar wall, three slopes were introduced to remove flood water. Zack was responsive to all our questions and demands. The best contractor that I have ever hired.

Description of Work: Clean up entire yard, trimmed bushes, hauled of debris! Did a fantastic job!! I still use Zack's weekly! I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Zack's Landscape & Lawn Inc came and mowed the lawn. It was a whole bunch of leaves that they took away.

Description of Work: Cut the grass, took care of the beds and bushes. Very good job. They did leave a lot of extra clippings on the grass even though I asked them to bag everything. I guess they didn't feel like cleaning out the bagger while they were doing the lawn. Some burnt spots because of that, but overall much better than my last company. I would recommend. Price and work are good.

Description of Work: A great job, showed up on time, professional and courteous. Zack had some ideas that i had not even thought of and some helpful suggestions. They removed an old brick path and installed new pavers and did some landscaping. The work was completed on schedule and looks great. They even did some extra tidying up. No complaints and I would definitely use them again in the future and have no hesitation recommending them.

Description of Work: Zack removed our old concrete patio and wooden deck to replace it with a beautiful, large, flagstone patio with natural stone, brick sitting walls and planters. He, additionally, built a retaining wall around another flower bed, removed an unwanted pond, replaced our rickety gate (as well as some other fencing work), reworked our sprinkler system, put in drought resistant plants, put in a flagstone and crushed granite pathway, fixed the borders around some of our other beds (and reworked the soil and plants), etc. We are an eco-conscious family; it made us happy when he offered to reuse some of the old landscaping rock we already had around the house as a border around some of the beds (all the other contractors acted as if this was an impossibility). He also planted drought-resistant plants. He was friendly, professional, responsive, creative, fair and looked for a few extra small tasks he could throw in for free. He was usually at the site with his workmen, doing the work alongside them. We were thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Zack's had to tear out the concrete that was in my patio area. I had a big crack in the middle. The concrete they had to tear out was about 3-1/2 inches thick. I did not realize it was so thick as my driveway concrete was not as thick. The workers then had to spread a base of shale and then sand (which they had to go buy). I had ordered some patio bricks that fitted together. They went to pick up the bricks and after getting them back to the house realized that about half were missing. They went back to the source and they did not have enough to match out. Some other party had taken my bricks with theirs. The owner (ZackNino) then had to go get some more bricks that would blend in with the first shipment. They made an alternate pattern and the finished product looks good. However, the extra time in obtaining the finishing 2nd shipment caused them extra labor time. We split the extra labor costs and I had my completed patio, and I am already enjoying it a lot.

Description of Work: Zac did an excellent job assessing our landscape needs and fitting it to the budget that we had set. He was prompt and worked with us to look at options for our landscaping once we had started and saw some of the issues that were uncovered. The work was done on time and all of his crew was very professional, I would highly recommend Zac to anyone who needs landscape services.
