On June 14, 2023 I had reached out to Pablo (the owner) about getting our garage and patio epoxy quoted with chips. He immediately responded back with details (as you can see in my text conversations) and quoted us USD3.75 per sqft. The entire project was going to cost us USD2900. I shared his details with my husband. They connected over calls and decided to start the work the following week. This is a 2 day process. He said his work and raw materials will be covered 100% for 15 years. And that whenever needed, their team will come to fix the problem immediately. We believed him; frankly the consistent good reviews didn’t give us any reasons to not believe him. The team came to our home on time and did their work. They were prompt and responsive then. Garage - We had asked them to do the flooring and the side of the walls that was cemented. The flooring of our garage was done well. However, the sides of the walls were not sanded down well and hence the epoxy quoting was not smooth and there by the application of the chips was uneven. The end result looked like clusters of chips had accumulated on the sides of the walls and at the junctions where the walls and floor met. Patio - Initially, the patio was done well. Unfortunately for us, it rained heavily before the epoxy could dry completely. So the Epoxy clumped up and became uneven. You can see the result in the pictures attached. My husband had called Pablo immediately and told him the issue. He sent someone to fill the issue but clearly nothing was done. His team member said that they will have to redo the full thing as this can not be fixed. He called Pablo and updated him what his team member said via voicemail (he didn’t pick up). When he didn’t get back to my husband for 2-3 days, my husband tried again but found out his number has been blocked. I reached out to him then via my phone and he said he will be sending someone to look at the issue on June 30. It is July 8 today and we have had 0 communication from him since then. In between June 30-July 8, I must have called him at least 3-4 times. The mistake we made was we paid Pablo in full (USD2900) before the flooring had dried up. He had said he will be emailing us the receipt but he still has not done so. Since he got his money in full, he didn’t find the need to fix his team’s work or send us any record that he has done the work. His team may do an okay job, but where they absolutely suck is customer service and lie through their teeth about their work’s warranty.

My house flooded in Harvey and I was on the lookout for waterproof flooring during my re-build. I decided to go with metallic epoxy flooring because in conversations with Jose Pablo at Xpedite Coatings, he said none of the floors he installed had issues due to flooding and that these floors are very durable. Looking back at it now, I think he was just telling me whatever he thought I wanted to hear in order to make the sale. For various reasons that would make this review unbearably long, I do not think they know what they are doing when it comes to metallic epoxy flooring. Also their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. I paid $4,700 for Xpedite coatings to *install* metallic epoxy floors on the first floor of my house. The floor started to bubble up 2 to 3 months after it was put down. Numerous calls and texts to Jose Pablo led to very little progress on any sort of remedy. After over 50 outgoing texts and calls (yes I went back to my phone and counted), I sent a more stern e-mail at which point they came and re-did about a 5 by 15 ft *test* spot and it bubbled up even more quickly than the first time and remains unfinished to this day. After pointing out the re-formed bubbles to Jose Pablo, along with all the places where the crew managed to get epoxy on my walls, and baseboards and even drips of it out in the carport, he said he would get back with me, however he now will not respond to texts or voice mail. I filed a complaint with BBB to try to get some remediation through them but the complaint came back as *unpursuable* stating that *For an unknown reason, Xpedite Coatings has chosen not to communicate with the BBB.*

I had these guys remove my old epoxy coating - DIY Job - and apply a new coating. The job went well up to the point of finishing. My old floor was coated at the threshold of the garage door which we wanted ground off. The guys doing the job worked two days and never removed the threshold. On the last day, the guys packed and said they would come back that week to do the small threshold. It has now been 4 months and no one has returned. I have called Pablo several times with countless promises to come back and finish. I should never have trusted this company. I paid them over $2000 to do a simple job and it still has yet to be completed. I think this speaks VOLUMES about who runs the company.

Xpedite did an exceptional job on my garage floor. They were all they said they would be. They were courteous, prompt, professional, and did an exceptional job at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

The initial appointment for garage floor estimate, Xpedite representative was late. For the first day of engagement, I took a half day off work in the morning waiting for the contractor, but they did not show up until late afternoon. They work for an hour or two and then call it a day. They contact me and demand for a "The CHECK" 50% deposit; this is understandable due to company policy. However, the demand was very forceful and unpleasant. They missed the appointment, and I'm back at work. I haven't got the chance to see what has been done. I'm willing to pay but can't be back on their demand. Next day, was supposed to be the final day to complete the work as promised by 3pm. I came home from work at 11:30 to inspect the work and make the final payment, but contractor didn't show and nothing was done. They call me around noon and said that the contractor will be late, and continuously remind me to leave "The Check". At this point I'm thoroughly frustrated. It was all about "The Check". Never once, concern about if I'm happy with what has been done so far. I gave them the check in the afternoon and they completed about 40% of the work. We're one day behind, and the floor turn out rough and uneven gloss. I call to get the issue resolved but the rep just talk his way out of any issues that we want to address. There were lots of bubble and fish eyes on the floor, but he said that's the way it is. He went on and on about how the process is being done and how many big projects the company has accomplished. I don't care and don't know what has been done with other client but the job that I pay for is very sloppy. Refusing to repair unless we pay more to refinished the garage floor. My wife and I were thoroughly mad at this point. The next day and last day when they suppose to be complete the paint job in the morning. Again, they continuously reminded me to have "The Check" ready and that they'll be finish around 3pm. They didn't show up until 1:30pm. they want to do a little then come back another day. I demanded that the work need to be done the same day because I will have cabinet install the next morning. So finally the project was completed late that night. Final thought, it's all about the check and bad customer service. Xpedite crew alway show up late, and does not want to resolve any issue without additional costs. Final product was poor and the entire project was a horrible experience for me.
