They cleaned up after themselves and there was no mess. The were on time and they were the cheapest in town. They were very respectful and the windows look beautiful. I would highly recommend them.

The man came who came out and the sales pitch was very nice, very knowledgeable, and explained all that we needed to know about replacing windows in the house. 2 people came out to do the job, and they did not leave the area so good. They left glass everywhere. They break out the windows that the builder had put in, they take out the frame and everything, and to do that, they have to break the glass. We had glass all over our yard, all in our house, and 6 months later, we were still finding glass everywhere. It was not safe because we had an almost 2 year old and almost 5 years old at the time. It wasn't little pieces of glass. They disposed of the window frames, and a good bit of the glass, but they left a lot of glass. We would use them again with the knowledge that they would clean up better.

They came when they said, they installed when they said and the windows look great. Worth every penny! Waited to review to see how the windows would perform. Money well spent.

Window World of Houston did a great job they had a really fair price and good quality windows. They were able to accommodate all my special requests. I would recommend them to others.

They were very good. They had a finance plan and there were no interests. They are very professional, on time and did good work. The price was reasonable.

I used Window World for my windows which they did a great job on the windows so I went back to them to do my siding, BIG MISTAKE! The salesman came out on 11/11/14 and the contract was placed that same day, I made a $3000 deposit on 11/11/2014. I was told it would be about 6 weeks for the order to come in and once it did they would call to schedule the service appointment. The first week of December 2014 I called to let the salesman know that I had received my Home Owners Assoc. approval, he advised the order had been placed and again they would call when it came in. I never heard from them in January, which is when the 6 weeks would have been. I called on Monday, February 16th and was told a supervisor would need to call me back, never received a call. I called again on Tuesday, February 17th was told again that a supervisor would need to call me back, I finally was called and told that their installation crew had quit in DECEMBER! I was then told that my $3000 deposit would be refunded right away, no further compensation for my inconvenience! NO One called me I had to call FOUR months later to be told they could not complete the job! The deposit still was not refunded as of Thursday, February 19th so I called again and was told by the supervisor that he would email a copy of the receipt to me, I provided my email address. Never received a copy, so I called on Friday, February 20th and was told the supervisor would need to call me back as he was not available, never heard from him all day so I called around 4pm and was told he had left for the day! I think steam was actually coming out of my ears by this time. I explained to the person on the phone that he was supposed to email a receipt of the credit to me and she said that the credit was showing in her system and it was just processed that day, Friday, February 20th!!!!! Not Tuesday, February 17th as I had been told, because the credit had to be approved before processed but again I was never advised of this. The credit still did not show as of Monday, February 23rd I called and spoke to the supervisor and he advised me that the reason the email of the receipt had not been sent was because they didn't have my email address, which I gave it again and finally received the receipt. The credit was finally showing on Thursday, February 26th! This whole situation could have been avoided had Window World been upfront with me, they made a bad situation 10 times worse by lying to me at every turn!

The windows were great but the followup with leaks and stuff like that not so much. We tried following up with them and we ended up having to go with an outside source to repair the leaks because Window World was not responsive at all. They said well we can come out for 50 dollars but we are like its your installation and you failed in the first place. The quality of the windows was good but the installation left a lot to be desired.

They don't have good customer service. The boss is the one who comes out to do the measuring and the estimates and he was not professionally dressed. They did not do a good job and did damage to the interior of my house and also did a sloppy job on the outside as well.

I am going to try my hardest to get my money back. Not worth the time and hassle dealing with a company that lies to you.

Purchasing the windows was not a problem. Window world happily cashed the check and our windows were on their way. We got an email that the windows had arrived in Houston, the email stated that a customer service agent would call us, but no such call was ever received. We called the Houston office to schedule our installation. We decided on Monday 7/28. On Sunday 7/27 we received a reminder email about the installation that also stated that someone would call us before 9 am to give us a time frame. At 9.30 am on Monday morning we had heard nothing so we called to find out where the installers were at. The person answering could not give us an answer but told us she would call back. 20 minutes later we received a call and were informed that we would not get our windows installed that day since our installer had been injured on the first stop of the morning. We were offered to reschedule. Keep in mind that we both work and had taken vacation on this day. I asked to have the manager to give me a call ASAP. After waiting an hour I called back again and was informed that they could re-schedule us, which again I did not want. Then I was offered a possibility of next day installation. Again I asked for manager to call me. I got a call back that went to voice mail and when I called back the person I spoke to was oblivious and offered a next week appointment. After much discussing I was told that the installation supervisor would call me within 5 minutes. 30 min later I called back again and finally the installation manager called my husband and said they would be here by 10 and we should get a call by then. We were not entirely happy with this since we knew the installation would take quite a few hours and we wanted to be the first stop for the day. I called the corporate headquarters to speak to them since at this point we are both very disappointed and upset with the lack of communication from Window World. I was transferred to the operations manager in Louisiana, whom apologized and swore up and down that the crew would be here way before 10, they would call us before 8 and they could load up the night before and be ready early. Tuesday 7/29 at 8.11 am I called the local office AGAIN to find out where the installers were and was informed that they don?t come in until after 8 and they have to load things and we would get a call. I asked to speak to the manager and was transferred to the Operations Manager again and he swore they had loaded up the night before, we were the first stop and he would personally find out what was going on and call me back. I never heard a word from him but the crew chief called half an hour later and told me they would be here around 11! 11 am?!?!? If that is the first stop of the day, how did someone get injured before 9 am the day before?? We can?t complain about the crew, they did a decent job. They did however leave caulk globs, glass shards and some trash. We are overall very unhappy with having to spend two vacation days on something that should have cost us one. The fact that they didn?t show up until 11 made it take ALL DAY to install the windows and I had very little time for clean up. The worst was the lack of communication and the empty promises of return phone calls. We will never use WindowWorld again.

It went well. They had to special order the window because of the size. It took about three weeks to get the window. They were fast and the finished product was great. They did great quality work. even though they did a small job they treated us great and were attentive to what needed to get done.

At my invitation, Window World sent a representative to explain what the company had to offer. After a thorough explanation of what I could expect from this company, I decided to contract with them to have 9 windows replaced. The representative took measurements of all windows and proceeded with the ordering process. I was given an approximate date the order would be completed and ready for install. There were 2 installations scheduled before mine, one of which required additional time. It was nearly 4:00 p.m. when they arrived, but I was assured the job would be completed. Before the work began, Ernest and his crew of 3 went to each window and measured again. When the job was completed, it was nearly dusk and my windows looked so nice. My next door neighbors thought so, too. I'm so pleased and I sleep so soundly now that I don't hear outside noises.

They were great. They did the job well.

I was originally scheduled for a Tuesday but the installer had an injury and couldn't come that day. I picked another day and they came right on schedule. There were two workmen and it took them almost 10 hours to install all 17 windows in my home. They were very good with my dog, were very careful with my possessions and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. I actually think my house was cleaner when they left than when they got here.

I was not disappointed in any aspect. Notifications were timely. Delivery and installation went as planned. Just finished the installation and I was impressed with the crew and the finished work. Faster than I expected. Look great. I will update if something changes, but as of this moment I an very satisfied. There were no hidden cost or delays. I felt I received great product and service for the money spent.

Job was done quickly and professionally.

Windows look o.k. Installation..would not pass Inspection in Galveston County, took forever to get inspection accomplished: a. Not properly installed, did return to make repair b. I was led to believe this is what was needed in Galveston County, NO SO. The windows are not impact resistant. I know that I mentioned I did not want to install plywood everytime the coast is threatened. Don't think I can recommend. Other companies are competitive.

Window World installed new windows in our home, and at first everything seemed to be great (some local cracking in the sheet rock, but I was willing to accept that). However, despite paying for our windows to be inspected, Window World did not send an inspector to our home. This is because they charged us the $200 inspection fee, then removed that line item from their contract while still charging us the $200. After finally admitting that they had made a mistake by charging us for an inspection without fulfilling their end of the contract, they agreed to send an inspector to our home (this is a YEAR later). The inspector came to our home and has found multiple issues with their installation that were never up to code, and has informed us that several other features that may have been up to code at install are no longer up to code and may require thousands of dollars to fix. I will update this review if Window World manages to fix this mess in a timely fashion, but at this point I would have been better off duct-taping saran wrap to my house instead of doing business with Window World.

Everything went perfectly. I would recommend this company to others.

They were very nice and customer friendly. I found their pricing to be very affordable. I had estimates that were two and three times as much as they quoted me. I would recommend them to others.

Although Window World quoted me a lower price than a competitor, I opted to use the competitor, as they had a superior product, superior installation work, and 100% A-grades on Angie's List, which Window World cannot claim. Furthermore, the representative that came out to my house was supposed to get back to me within a few days with additional pricing information (for replacing my back doors), as he didn't have the necessary information with him. I never heard back from him with that information, nor was there every any other sales follow-up, so clearly Window World didn't care very much about getting my business.

The installation went very well. There were 9 large windows and 8 very small widows replaced. The sales representative was very professional. He did not talk bad about the other companies and their bids, he focused on his product and what he could do for us. The only glitch was that the windows were manufactured, I believe, in another state and we did have to call to follow up on when the would be ready for installation because after a certain time frame we had not heard back from them. But the call went well and the response was prompt. The installation went well and was completed in one day. The 2 installers worked all day, no breaks and no talking on cell phones. Only took 15 minuets for lunch and they cleaned they up the mess. We finally got some rain and so far no leaks. I will definitely recommend them.

After receiving quotes from 4 companies, we selected WIndow World of Houston to replace 10 old single-pane aluminum frame windows in a 1960's-era brick house. They not only provided the lowest quote (one vendor quoted almost twice the price for similar quality windows), they seemed to us to have the most professional operation and customer-friendly attitude. This company excels at customer communications. They always arrived when promised, sent frequent emails to notify of progress, and completed the job ahead of the promised schedule. They patiently and thoroughly explained their various configuration options and the installation process. The windows are of good quality (as expected at this price point, they are not top-shelf products but are superior to low-end windows sold at some big box stores), they look good in the wall, and they operate simply and easily. I recommend this vendor and would use them again in the future.
