Window Genie

They arrived right on time and wasted no time getting to the job. My home has storm windows and is not an easy job. They got right to it and six hours later left my windows sparkling clean! They were neat and tidy. Both guys were very respectful of our property and removed their shoes before entering my home. This is the second time I have used the Company. I recommend them without reservation. The office staff is friendly and professional. The crew is amazing!

I could not be more pleased with the overall experience. When I called and requested an estimate, Monette indicated it would be a couple of days before she was able to come out. She called the very next day and said she had availability. After we accepted the estimate, we were able to get on their schedule in less a week out. They were scheduled to come out between 1-2pm, but they called later that morning and said they could come out earlier if that worked with our schedule. It worked great for us, so we were able to get started even earlier than planned. They were very accommodating to our request to clean not only the inside first, but to clean a certain room first. Robert, the guy that did our cleaning, was extremely polite and professional.

The work went well. The two men assigned to the project arrived on time, they had a clean cut look, and they were professional. They stayed focused on the project and they were very thorough.

The crew that came to clean was very professional and did a great job. They even came back inside to check that all the windows were clean. The gutters cost about $75 and the window cleaning was the balance. I haven't had my windows cleaned in this house before, but based on my experience in another city, I thought the window cleaning was a little expensive. But they did a great job and I would probably use them again. I wish they would offer a discount for Angie's list members.

I found them on Angie's List. Ernie Williams came to the house for an estimate and it was very reasonable. It is a large two story house and windows had not been cleaned outside since moving in three years ago. Two of his company members came and did an EXCELLENT job. They were very nice young guys and didn't miss a thing. They also suggested other things that needed to be done that we had not noticed. They are scheduled to clean inside of house and we will have them pressure wash patio and clean gutters when needed.

Ernie was professional, prompt and thorough. It was a pleasure to have him in my home and I will use Window Genie again.

The service was fine and they were very professional, my only complaint which isn't that bad but they did not clean up what they took out of the gutters, they just left it and my yard man had to clean it up when he showed up on Saturday.

They do a great job at a reasonable price. They were late arriving due to some weather issues (obviously not something they could control), but did call to tell us of the delay. They worked quickly, cleaned up beautifully after themselves. This is the fourth or fifth time we've used Window Genie, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had used the same man to clean my windows for about 30 years. Because of health issues, he was unable to continue. I found Window Genie on Angie's List. I called and Ernie tried to set a time for an estimate. Due to my schedule, the estimate had to be made by phone. It turned out to be "right on". Adam and Ron arrive exactly at the time of the appointment, confirmed the cost of the job, and went to work. The result was a better job than I have ever had in 30 years. They are very professional, careful moving your furniture (with collectibles around), and careful to replace everything they move including re-setting the blinds just as I had them before their work began. I was very happy again with Angie's List's recommendation.

Everything went perfect from start to finish. They washed sidewalks, driveways, windows, power washed the entire house, treated the fence and the outdoor furniture. When I needed them to come back to clean up some overspray on a neighbors garage, they came immediately. I can't find any fault in their service capabilities.

Ernie and his staff are responsive, punctual and courteous. No complaints!

Adam, of Window Genie, provided the estimate to clean the windows in my ranch home. He arrived on Tuesday (12/29/09). Adam explained that he and an assistant could return on Thursday to clean the windows. I wanted to get this job completed while on vacation. My home is a ranch brick with seven windows ranging from "standard" size to floor to ceiling windows. * Each window had storm windows that have to be removed and cleaned before cleaning the actual window. Adam quoted $325.00 and offered to clean the windows before year-end. I hired him. He arrived on 12/31/09 as promised. He arrived on time and together with an assistant began to disassemble the storm windows. Since my daughter was still sleeping, he started at the back of the house and worked around to the front of my home. He and his assistant, Chris, cleaned the exteriors and then the interiors. They waited for the windows to dry and then reassembled the storm windows. The job took them about seven hours. The guys were respectful of our home. They removed their shoes when they came inside to clean the windows. They had to borrow a hammer and returned it before leaving the job. I am amazed at how clean the windows are after their service. These guys are good! They are professional and responsive. I recommend them without hesitation!

The windows are absolutely beautiful and SO clean. It looked so much better than I expected!! We are listing our house for sale and the realtor was impressed with the "sparkling" windows. The stone walk looks much brighter. Gutters done and everything cleaned up.

The company representatives arrived on time and did an excellent job. Both reps were very professional and took very good care to make sure that they do not damage or soil any property around their work area. The work was done in 2.5 hours with an excellent result. The total price of the services was exactly as estimated. I am already planning to use Window Genie for our spring window cleaning.

Ernie and the crew are great! My mom was coming for a visit and I needed the house in perfect shape very quickly. The guys did an outstanding job with everything and Ernie accommodated my schedule. Not only did the cleaning uplift my spirits, but I felt proud to have mom here. Window Genie did such wonderful work at my home, I recommended them to my neighborhood association to pressure wash the perimeter brick walls. Ernie delivered a bid very fast and at a rate the association could afford. I highly recommend Window Genie!

It went great. They gave me an estimate over the phone, which was only $5 less than the final bill. They showed up on time, finished on time, did excellent work and were very professional. I received quotes from two other companies. One was the same price as Window Genie, the other was more.

Window genie came out to my home and gave a written estimate. I called back and spoke with Ernie and he answered several of my questions. I had another bid from another company, but they did not offer the window scraping service. I accepted Window Genie's bid. They arrived as scheduled. There were two workmen. They were very professional, friendly and answered my questions. The windows were pretty dirty, so the job took a little longer than expected. They did a fantastic job, and the windows look brand new. The screens look great as well.

Why didn't I do this sooner? The crew was on time and went right to work. When it was time to come in, they took their shoes off! With 19 ft. ceilings in the living room, they used a tall ladder - covered in cloth so it didn't harm walls or wood floors. When the foreman had to leave to check on another job, he introduced me to another crew member who came to replace him. I was introduced to everyone before they came in and what a nice crew!

Window Genie was very quick to respond when I called. It was Christmas and they were still able to get what I needed done when I wanted it. They gave me an estimate over the phone but it ended up costing more once they got here. However they did a good job.

I thought the 2 people that were doing the work were very professional and quick. They did show up on time too. The owner was very nice about dealing with the blinds that they accidentally broke. I would still give them an "A" grading because he dealt with that situation fast and the right way.
