They did really well. They arrived on time, worked hard and did a good job. I was very pleased with them.

Ernie was prompt & professional. He actually saved me money by advising me to spend extra money on procedures that were not necessary. I scheduled the work for the next week, & they were actually able to pull the job in a few days. They made my 10 year old house look like it was about one year old. (This is a good thing, since I was about to put it on the market.) You won't realize how dirty your surfaces are until you have them cleaned.

The workers arrived on time and first explained exactly how they would proceed with the work. They were professional, polite, diligent and careful during the entire job. They were respectful of the floors and furnishings as they moved their equipment from place to place and were careful to clean up after working in each area. The results are exactly as explained and demonstrated during an earlier visit. I am very pleased with the results and look forward to cooler rooms and less fading of furniture and rugs during the hot summer months.

Adam, a long-time employee, power washed the deck. He was extremely careful to protect my plants in the flower beds around the deck so they would not be damaged. He was obviously experienced and knew how to use the spray evenly without applying too much pressure which can damage the wood. He was extremely polite and pleasant in addition to being punctual and knowledgeable. After several days of drying time, Ernie, the owner, applied the sealer to the deck. He carefully tested the wood to be sure it was sufficiently dry and then applied several coats of sealer. It looks wonderful and I am confident that with this professional care, the deck is well preserved.

Good. Arrived on time with courteous crew of three. However, the crew left two water bottles and a can of their window cleaner on the property. Attempt to rid driveway of paint and rust stains failed, but am speaking to them about getting an adjustment for that.

He was very professional. He spoke English. The supervisor on the job was English speaking. They were hard working.

The work was done in one day and was extremely professional. They were courteous, neat, and completed their work in less than eight hours. We have approximately 35 windows.

This is a multi purpose company that cleans windows. They do gutters and concrete among other things. We have used them to clean our windows on many occasions. They do a fabulous job every time. The windows, screens and frames are always in new condition when they are done. I feel I can trust them around my home and I give them access to it as well.

We have a three-story house with over forty windows in it and some on the main floor are quite large. They had two people to handle the job. There is this solution they use that really cuts through the baked on dirt from the summer. It also makes the house smell good. Both cleaners were extremely polite and professional. All windows were spotless in about six hours.

Window Genie was really good. You would not believe how beautiful everything has turned out. The windows look fabulous and the power wash made my house look as if it was a brand new house. My sidewalk looked excellent and I am just so very pleased with them. I would never ignore a service that would need to be done if they were going to do it.
