The contractor showed up on schedule and located the problem. I had the materials on hand to do the repairs so I only paid for labor. Quick fix.

I was contacted right away. It can be challenging to understand and communicate with him and the person who did the work did not speak English. Seemed a bit disorganized in his scheduling. I set up an appointment for a quote, first he called the day prior and I informed him that our appointment was on the following day and then he called the day of asking to come earlier instead. When I called to set up the job for the following week, he asked me to call him the day prior to remind him. I also mentioned that it may rain and he said that was fine. I called the day prior like he asked and agreed to 9am, he ended calling at 7:30am to say that he couldn't do it because of the weather. I informed him that it wasn't raining, so they did end up showing up right before 9 and was able to complete the work prior to the rain. The work was done promptly once they arrived - it was subcontracted. From what we could see, he did a good job. We originally were looking to only get repairs done, but he offered a good rate for repairs and maintenance, so we did both. Overall it was still a good experience and will consider him for future jobs.

Came out to property and inspected. Was very professional and informative. The crew spoke no English at all though.Did not install different size ridge vent as quoted, but had foreman come back out and replace. Matched roof shingles perfect.
