Scheduled the job two days ahead. They called to re-scheduled the job 1-1/2 hrs. before the agreed time while I was on my way to the site. I had to take another half-day off to accommodate the new time. Then, they were late almost an hour! OMG! Once they finally showed up, things went smoothly.

Scheduled the work for the day following the showing. But they showed up the afternoon of the showing and quickly completed the work. Surprised they could get to it this quick with all the flood repair work required in the city and surrounding areas.

Within one hour after contacting Home Advisor I got a phone call to set up an appointment for later that afternoon for an assessment of the extent of repair needed to the roof. Next day the roof was repaired.
