Unexpected roof issue. Wilder Construction evaluated and resolved the roof issue same day as my call. Great service. Reasonable pricing. Easy to work with. They are now on my preferred vendor list.

They painted my house and did a great job. They came early at 8.00 am and got right to work, 2-day job. Very pleased with the quality of the work done, very professional very respectful and very clean job at a great price. They did such a good job that I am hiring again for another job on my house.

On time, quick to respond

Solid work done on time. Needed to replace an 8" x 10' strip of hardi-plank that was hit by lightning. Rather than replace the whole 10' board they just cut out the 2' burnt piece and fit in a new piece. It would have been easier (and nicer looking) to just replace the 10' strip, which I incorrectly assumed they would.

I scheduled a bid on Sunday, he called on Saturday and asked if he could be there within an hour. He looked at the required work and gave be a verbal quote and a written invoice would be emailed in an hour (no email came) . Said he would be there Monday to perform the work. I called Sunday asking for him to be at the house Monday at 2 pm and he agreed. 2 pm Monday comes and no show. I called and he said his brother is on his way to do the work. 230 pm, nothing. 3 pm nothing. I called again and he said is brother was close by. His brother didn't make it until 345 pm. I arrive home around 415 pm as he is finishing up. Worked performed looked great but will have to be determined when first rain comes. I called again asking for an invoice and I had to wait 30 minutes for a photo of the invoice before I could pay his brother. After paying I called again asking for a PDF copy of the invoice but he said his machine was broken. He offered to drop off the hard copy on Thursday of the same week. Four days later and I have yet to receive the hard copy. Both guys were very polite and respectful and the work they did looked to be solid for a fair price. Based on the other reviews it seems like they booked my job on a busy week and they were both stretched too thin.

They did a wonderful job on repairing my fence. The owner was polite and timely. His crew was ready to work first thing in the morning on the day we discussed. Will definitely use their services again.
