Do not use this company. They promise services that they don't perform. They hound you for payment on invoices that have zero balances and they are nearly impossible to cancel without huge fees despite not even completed the first ever inspection. Please avoid at all costs.

This company is the worst there is, its business model is based on deception and fraudulent practices, the technicians in the field act as sales agents, who do not explain to you in detail the characteristics of the service and the details of the contract, they will tell you that because you are a new client, the first visit you will pay only $20, they ask you to sign on the phone to authorize the card charge and in reality what you are signing is a contract, which offers you only three days to cancel, time that is not enough to evaluate the quality of the service or the effect of the products they use, if you try to cancel then you find out that you have to pay $480 because the initial subscription was $500 and they had given you a discount, something the technician never talked about. The service is terrible, after the first appointment, I think they are spraying food instead of poison, the technician may not show up for the appointment and change it for another day without prior consultation, in short, a disaster. In my case, the technician made a mistake in my email address and I never received the famous contract, when I requested the cancellation, tired of the terrible service, I found out about the clauses of the contract that I had signed under the deception that the signature was for the consent of the card. They will harass and threaten you, sending you to a collection agency if you do not pay them. In short, if you want to suffer, have your money stolen and put your heart to the test, then hire them, that is what they are the best for, if not, then run away from them and keep your loved ones safe from people like this.

The absolute worst. They will do anything to scam and con you out of cancelling. I WAS a long term customer from 2019 to 2024 and referred many people to White Knight over there years but I am now incredibly disappointed I did so. The final straw was one of my referrals being contacted by a disgruntled employee who was fired from White Knight after hours on her personal phone. Just know if you go with this company your private information is not protected and anyone who leaves being employed here will still have access to your personal phone and can be harass you. This person was harassing my referral outside of business hours. Both my referral and I brought this up to White Knight on June 13 and 14th and nothing was ever done, addressed, and frankly neither one of us got a response on this issue. After 12 days I called to cancel my service as I am a woman and I don't feel comfortable having strange men have access to my personal information and harassing me at all hours of the night. Suddenly White Knight cared about our issue and wanted to do "anything to make us stay". Eva/Evo in the cancellation department was extremely rude and refused to walk me through the cancellation process or even give me a price on what it would be to cancel. I ended up having to speak to the district manager John Gamez who wasn't too concerned about my issue and frankly accused me of lying because the "phone number I gave them is not an employee who serviced the north side or my house." You know who he did service and harrass ? My referral and family member. After speaking to John at length about the unprofessional attitude and treatment I received by Eva/Evo in the cancellation department I was finally able to cancel my service. This whole process took me two and half hours on the phone and time out of my day. Then come to find out even tho I have been on a month to month service I somehow owe them $126.03 in order to cancel? For what? No one could ever explain and frankly after two hours and half of begging them to be professional and assist me with cancelation I was too exhausted to argue. So guess what these scammers win. I am sorry I ever recommended them to anyone. They have left an awful taste in my mouth and frankly this isn't even the first issues we had. The techs they set out would never give us a courtesy message to let us know they were on their way and would just walk into my backyard without any announcement. One because he just let himself into my properyy unannounced saw me naked in my bathroom. I have dogs and this is extremely dangerous to just let yourself onto the property unannounced. I had to request that tech never come back. Then we had a tech who serviced our address 6 or so times and was late and missed the appointment window every single time. I had to request they not send him back out and send someone who was going to take his job seriously. I frankly should have cancelled years ago and its a shame after all the years I was with White Knight they tried to bully me into staying with them by refusing cancellation. White Knight has left an awful taste in my mouth and I will make sure to be letting all my friend, family, and neighbors know about my experience. I live in a new build where they are constantly canvasing and I will be speaking to each of my neighbors this week, especially my female neighbors, that doing business with White Knight jeapordizes your safety and personal information.

I just realized after reading other reviews that Im not the only one with bad experience against this company..they tried to stole 87$ from me after telling them to cancel their service due to poor quality of work. Charge my credit card with out my knowledge. Tried to dispute and was successful. Now they are trying another scam tactics to the get my money tru a collector agency..worst company.

Horrible service. Horrible company. Zero integrity. Zero customer service. They make you sign a contract and don't let you out of it. I had to move and tried to cancel my services. With ZERO warning, they charged my ATM card $271.00. These people are the worst. There are so many other pest control companies who do month to month service and actually do a good job. DO NOT USE WHITE NIGHT. Please take time to read all the horrible reviews. There's a reason people posted them....we all got swindled by White Knight.

They use deceptive sales tactics. If they show up to your door ask them never to return. They can't handle bugs and the customer service is horrible. They originally said they were affiliated with my homes warranty because it is new and they are not. They said you could cancel if you are not happy with the service, they will cancel and still charge you for the unused service. Do it yourself or find someone else.

This company is a scam don’t sign up with them don’t give them they said no contract but that’s a lie i signed a receipt in the first time they came out i know what i read then my signature ended up on a different paper i never seen before an I wasn’t aware they came out twice without you being home and charged my card with out consent for coming out when ever they feel like it and no results in 2-3 months more bugs came so i cancelled they said i owe $250 dollars for the pop up i didn’t authorized now it’s in debt collection don’t do it

I'd advise against using White Knight Pest Control. It has been our experience that they don't do quality work and don't stand behind their product. If you do decide to terminate service due to the poor quality they will charge you an early termination fee. They structure things so that they are trying to lock you in for 12 months at a time, either your service is quality or it's not, you're basically a utility as a pest control company. Please be wary and aware.

HORRIBLE! Please please go to another company. It is been a nightmare for me with White knight pest control. After months almost a year complaining I couldn't cancel because they were going to charge me and penalize me for early cancellation. When FINALLY service contract was completed I called way ahead I sent texts emails to ask to NOT RENEW and two months and still I am receiving communications that my account is still active and blah blah blah . Please walk away from them

I feel the salesperson took advantage of my 86 year old father. Someone knocked at his door. They promised a wonderful service and to get rid of all bugs. After the initial service, he was not pleased and canceled. Apparently, the fine print, which was smoothly passed over by the salesman, calls for a hefty cancellation fee: $175!!! I talked to someone in corporate and they said “Pay up!” I would not recommend to anyone!

I had someone knock on my door and ask if I was interested in the service. I said no and as I was closing the door they said it was only $40 to try. I opened the door as this caught my interest and asked for details. I was told it was a monthly service but that I could try the first month for $40 and cancel at any time free of charge if I didn't want to continue the service. When I called to cancel, I was told there was a $110 fee for canceling. When I explained that was not what I was told by their Salesman, their Customer Service representative, Madison responded "well the sales people will say anything to get you to sign up but it's your responsibility to read the contract". I explained to Madison that is not my responsibility, that in fact, that is an illegal business tactic called bait and switch and that they have an obligation to ensure their representatives are not misleading customers. As a customer, I should be able to ask their representative what the contract states and trust in good faith that they are accurately representing it. Also, the "contract" was on an ipad that the sales person was holding in his hand btw, so not exactly easy to "inspect". I was asked if I could prove that their sales person had told me it was $40 to try. I explained I'd have no way of proving that, but that they obviously already knew this was common practice among their sales people. I also said they would be the only ones aware if they were receiving these complaints from multiple customers. They made no attempt to resolve the issue or follow up with the sales rep and instead charged me $110 extra.

So far so good.

Good - our only complaint (thus far) a few months in is that they didn't give us a time for our first scheduled appointment. They showed up during the week, when my husband had to leave to get back to work (and I was out of town). We were able to reschedule and get a set appointment for a Saturday, which helped ensure we were home. The techs are great - very professional and thorough.

I was very happy with their service. Noel my service man arrived on time and was very professional with his work. He kept me updated on what he was doing and answered my questions. The price was right.

I had to sign a yearly contract with them and every quarter I'll have to pay another 80 dollars. They were pretty quick to respond. I'm tied to them for the year, but after that I would probably not use them again.

White Knight Pest Control is awesome. James the contact individual came by in the beginning and explained everything they did, what they cost, all about the terms and actually walked the property with us. He then came by again a few days after our first treatment to make sure everything went well. The intial tech Victor was kind and very thorough with the treatment he put in and around our home and he was attentive to all our concerns and questions. I highly recommend this company!!!!!

Stay away!! They are a Total Ripp off. Don't know what they are using to spray (plain water?) but it doesn't work on the bugs at my house. Infact after their services I feel that there are more bugs in my house now, even after having services 5 times already now, lol. Also you have to tell them specifically which bug type problem you have. I told them I have roaches and they spray something and it didnt work and then when i called and complained they were like oh you might be having the german roaches lol. Really am i supposed to know the exact breed of a bug before calling them? Isn't it their job? Isn't that why i am paying them? Oh and BTW its not just roaches i still have spiders, fire ants and other small bugs still in and around my house, even after several services. I can do a better job by just buying some pesticides from my local grocery shop and for the price i pay them monthly($35+Taxes) i guess i can buy atleast 6 months of supply. I am on a 1 year contract and going to cancel it now, i am sure they are going to charge some crazy amount for cancellation.

They conveniently come and perform the service whenever I call them and the service is needed. I'm happy with their services.
