POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY. Should have read some of the other reviews about them before wasting my time and energy with them. Apparently it's not the first time they DONT KEEP THEIR WORD to some people. Thought they were working on my deal, they kept telling me that they would call me back with details. They ended up selling the car to someone else, and left me waiting on that phone call. The very least they could have done is given me the common courtesy to let me know they had sold it! Also I told them to not to keep running my credit report, but they did and by doing so they ran my credit score down 30 points!

They actually went down on their price from what they have for that because I found a better price online for some of the parts that they are using. They did actually did tone-down the price for me.

It is convenient and the service is fast. There is a nice waiting area. They are excellent.

The "whole" story here started July 31, 2012. My Salesman was Bobby Russell, who'd I'd originally purchased a Yukon Denali. After 3 hours of driving, the car went into reduced power. I called Bobby, who on a Friday was in no way wanting to help me, or that is what I perceived in our phone call. Especially when he says he does not know where I am? Is he the only person on this planet without some sort of Navigation system be it on his phone or car? I had the car towed to dealer on Friday and went there Mon to cancel the sale. Bobby and Mgr Brian tried to tell me the car had water in the engine and it would not happen again. I did not buy this car, but looking back I should have seen the first red flag concerning this ridiculous explanation. I left the dealer and was being text other cars I might like.... well I fell for this sales method and bought a 2012 Yukon. I added tint, navigation, security and something regarding dent and paint repairs. I spent around 70k and put 20k down and kept my current Tahoe car. Over all the car is pretty but does not suit my needs. When you live in the country and need to re-stock, you make several stops shopping and you need a car that can hold all this. The Yukon lacked the space I needed. When I made the appointment for the service, I asked them to give me a trade in value as well. But while in the service dept and walking around show room with my son, I walk past Bobby twice and when he leaves the building I waive, he waives but does not know who I am. I can tell you from being in sales myself, I remember the clients who spent alot of money. Now I leave and go to Infiniti to check out space in a QX56. WOW....... I was greeted when I walked into the store, was helped out immediatley. Told the salesman my issue and he knew exactly how much space I had available to me in the Yukon. I said lets talk numbers on this car. Now here is my final bad experience with West Point. I learn the Yukon has a trade in value of $37k. I paid around 70k on July 31, 2012 (6 months ago), no accidents and 11,800 miles. I call Brian the manager, all he says is ask Bobby, I now leave message for Bobby. He calls me and starts telling me of how he has tried to call me blah blah blah and how I had all these add ons. I said outside of the add ons, lets talk about the base price of car, that being 59k. How do I lose 22k in value in 6 months? He says 2012 new cars loose alot of value.Told him to have a good career and hung up. I will tell everyone I know to not use West Point dealerships.
Description of Work: I had called the sevice dept on Mon and was told to bring car in and they had a loaner for me. I could not make it that Mon and came in on Wed. Finding the service dept is not easy first time. There are signs pointing to service dept, but all you'll find is a white overhang nothing saying this is the service dept, its written in small letters on the windows. Its the lunch hour and there is only one person working and he looks busy. I'm okay in waiting, but common courtesy is to acknowledge a person and say something? After 20-30 min he finally has time for me. I tell him the AC and Heat are not working. He tells me it will be awhile for them to repair the car and I mentioned how on Mon I was told there are loaner cars available. He tells me you need an appointment for those. That would have been good info to give me last Mon, since I live 1.3 hrs away. So I'll need to make appointment, he gives me his card to call him. I say whats wrong with making appointment now? I believe this was his "dah" moment and made an appointment. I left without getting any repairs done and I'm scheduled for Tues of next week for loaner and service. I tell the service person my previous experience and he says your having another bad experience again. I said yeah, but sometimes there are places you go and thats all your gonna get. I left there and bough an Infiniti QX56.
