Wayne's Landscape Supply

I ordered 6 yards of mulch from Wayne's to be delivered several days later. The price seemed reasonable and I was happy to be first on their delivery schedule on Friday. The delivery was scheduled for 9:30 and I was told I would be called that morning. 9:30 came and went. Around 10:30, I called and no one answered the phone, so I left a message. At 11:30, I was getting a little steamed and left yet another message. At 11:45, I finally received a return call saying they wouldn't be delivering because they were "washed out." Well, it would have been nice if someone had thought to tell ME that instead of having me wait for mulch that never was going to come. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he said he would have to call me about that in a day or two. I told him not to worry about it, I would take care of it myself through my credit card company, since they had already charged my card. If you're looking for customer service, this is not the place to find it.
