FANTASTIC SERVICE. Our previous water heater was purchased from Sears in February 2005. So we had no idea what to expect. Eric was here on time and the job was completed in a timely manner. He patiently answered all my old lady questions and explained things in a way I understood. Price was exactly what was quoted over the phone. $60 discount for cash or debit card. We used our debit card. . I HIGHLY recommend Water Heater Pros. The work was done July 23, 2024.

Our experience with Water Heater Pros was top notch from beginning to end. The pricing was straightforward with no surprises and better than a lot of other places. We had 2 40 gallon tank Bradford White heaters installed in our attic and the installers were professional and courteous. Financing was easy. Highly, highly recommended.

I recently had a water heater installed by Water Heater Pros, and the entire experience has been garbage. The unit they installed was defective right from the start. It barely worked, the first week it was already leaking water, and a year and a half later it gives out and does not work anymore. When I contacted them about the issue, I was shocked to hear that they wanted to charge me to replace it! even though it is still under warranty. This is completely unacceptable. I paid good money for a brand-new water heater, and they installed a faulty one. Now they expect me to pay again for something that should have been done correctly the first time? Ridiculous! Their customer service is just as bad as their products. I spoke with the owner and he does not seem to care about resolving my issue. I feel like they’re more interested in squeezing more money out of me than actually providing a solution. I would strongly advise anyone considering Water Heater Pros to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other companies out there that will actually stand behind their work and take care of their customers. Don't make the same mistake I did.

This weekend I had unfortunate water heater leak in attic. I contacted 6-7 companies and got most reasonable, honest and fastest quote from Water Heaters Pros. Other contractors got all my personal info first, set an appointment, only then sent me a quote or make me wait for their visit. Jim with Water Heater Pros gave me quickest estimate over the phone without asking me for my personal info, then sent me a one page pdf quote with different options including extended 10 year warranty. I was also surprised that all necessary parts for installation were included (not like in some quotes from others). Jim “squeezed” me in for Monday PM, gave me ETA. Installers showed up on time and job was done in 1.5 hr. When I got back home from work - I had hot water and most of all happy wife because both guys were very courteous, explained “what and how” they install, hauled away old unit and cleaned up working area. No complains. I would strongly recommend Water Heater Pros.

These guys knocked out of the park. I’ve been in construction since 1981, so I know good contractors. They showed up the same day that I called them. They provided a USA made water heater. They replaced all the water lines from the wall to the heater and did the same with the gas line, everything was replaced with new. Prior to their arrival I drained the tank and disconnected the water and gas lines, as I knew they would be here in the heat of the day and I wanted to shorten their time in the hot garage. They arrived with 3 workers and they were done and driving away right about an hour later. Their price was less than 1/3 of the two big companies we see on TV all the time, here in Houston. Those 2 companies wanted over 3k just for the labor! Water Heater Pros were done right around an hour, so the other 2 would have charged us 3k for an hour of work, now I know how they afford all those TV commercials….. if you need water heater repair or replacement call Water Heater Pros!

It went very well. I called late one afternoon and explained my issue and how I needed this fixed asap. They got me on the schedule for the next day, came out and installed a new hot water heater in about 2 hours.

Jim responded quickly to my initial inquiry giving me details on what was involved in replacing the new water heater and answering my question. His quoted price was reasonable. I called him back within minutes to inform him I would take his quote. We made an appointment for the next day (today) and the techs arrived on time. Virgil and Eric were professional, they took care in entering my home and protecting my property. Their care in dismantling and installing the new water heater was done efficiently. We found a leak this morning in the water heater I contacted Water Heater Pros. They identified the issue as the age of the unit (15years). They provided a new heater and installed it this afternoon. Amazing service by very professional people
