Very happy with our new water heater and the whole process from beginning to finish. Their website have a very convenient price calculator/quote/booking system and a very clear price list. After submitting for a quote, I received it almost immediately. As I was indisposed to talk on the phone at the time, Jim was very patient and answered all my questions through the messaging system that was part of the quote system. After all my questions were answered, I simply booked an appointment through the same system and Jim set me up. On the appointed day Virgil and Eric showed up on time and finished the whole install process in about 2 hours. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They were also very good about protecting our house with cloth and clean up afterwards. We are very happy with our new made in the USA 40 gal water heater. The whole process was from quotation to install was easy and painless. Would not hesitate to hire them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Very pleased with company communication. They arrived on time the same day that I called, installed one 40 Gal NG water heater, 2 Flowstop sensors at drip pans, and 2 additional S/S lines on the 2nd water heater within 2.5 hours. They used carpet covers on stairs, very clean. They were very professional, worked well with each other, very good communication with me, the home owner. Highly recommend.
