After getting a quote on a new water heater from a big name company, I decided to look for a smaller business to support and found ProPlumber. I am so glad I did. Jim was courteous and gave me a price over the phone. It was less than half of what the big name company had quoted me! The next day Virgil and Eric arrived at my house to install the heater. They were professional and courteous. I couldn't be happier with their work. They also left no mess behind for me to clean up.

Excellent. I sent Jim the owner photos of the current water heaters and he was able provide a quote and schedule the work almost immediately. The Pro Plumber installer Virgil and his assistant arrived on time and began work immediately and were finished in less than 3 hours, including removal of the old heaters and clean up of the work areas upon completion. Both wore masks, shoe covers, and gloves throughout the process. Also, the price provided by Pro Plumber was well under that quoted by another plumbing company I had used previously for other plumbing work and the quote was honored to the dollar. Would definitely use Pro Plumber in the future.
