These guys were fantastic! Clean, thorough, no extra charges. Most places gave me the "here's the base charge and there may be additional charges based on the work" line. They even climbed up on the second story roof to reseal the vent.

Cannot say enough good things about Jim and his company. Very responsive and professional. Installed 2 water heaters in our upstairs attic and you couldn't even tell they were in the house after the job was completed. In addition, Jim and his sons came out the next day and repaired a lot of bad plumbing that was done to the house (all 5 sinks leaked), a problem garbage disposal and a pipe that needed to be carefully cut so that we can get internet. All work handled very well. Price for the water heaters and repairs was very reasonable and the quality was good.

Jim spent a bunch of time texting me throughout the evening discussing my water heater problems even after office hours. He arranged for his guys to come the next morning and replace both of my bad 15-yr old water heaters. He was also able to save me some money compared to the other quotes that I received. The response from Pro Plumber after I completed the initial Angie's List provider search was almost immediate. Jim contacted me within moments. They were able to set up a service appointment for the very next day, and when the guys came out, they did an excellent, professional job and got it done in a pretty short time. Their pricing is very reasonable, and I have confidence in their long-term warranty because they've been in business for many years now. I would definitely use them again.

The existing installation was really bad. How it managed 17 years is beyond me. These guys came in ready - no going back to the shop for parts even when extra work was needed. They protected the floors, cut all the crap loose and put it all back together in just a few hours. It looks like it was installed by someone that actually knew what they were doing - very nice. I'm a picky son-of-a-gun and they made me happy.

Jim and his crew "Pro Plumber" worked very quickly getting my work done. I was impressed when I inquired to have the work done on a Sunday, and I received a call from Jim less than 5 mins after putting my information into Angies list. They changed my hose bibs, Replaced the water heater, and installed a water softener. This was all done in under 3 hours. When the work was completed, they took their time to go over how to use everything including warranties. I would definitely call Pro Plumber again for my plumbing needs. A+++

The installers called ahead, arrived on time and did a very careful installation. The installers were very courteous and friendly and took the time to make sure that sediment in galvanized pipes was flushed and that everything worked as it should. Very fair price on the heater and installation. I'd recommend Pro Plumber to friends and family.
