The founder Jim and his team are AMAZING!!! His communication from accepting the job and scheduling the timeline to the actual execution was impeccable. His team arrived at my home, assessed the condition of my system, gave me very detailed information on what was wrong and what was needed for proper completion. The price quote was fair, and they did not surprise me with mystery fees that were not previously communicated before start of the work. His service team went above and beyond what was needed to get myself and my family comfortable and safe due to the extremities of the condition of my hot water tank system. I am a mechanical engineer in the petrochemical industry, and I am involved in several multi-million-dollar projects on a regular basis; with that being said it was very refreshing to interface with a residential contractor that executed at the same level of excellence that I require from my industrial contractor partners. Lastly, Water Heater Pros is a STELLAR company that I would highly recommend to anyone that is in need of their portfolio of services.

On Wednesday, September 7, 2023 around 7:00PM, I went to the garage and noticed water leaking out of the water heater. I went online and urgently requested quotes on Angie. Mr Jim Brown contacted me in less than 5 minutes. He had attempted several times. I spoke to him and explained. By 7:30 we had scheduled and confirmed an appointment for the next day. Next day Eric and James came to my house and in less than 2 hours I had a new heater with 10 year warranty and everything else was installed brand new, including a water alarm. All this was done very professionally and for thousands less that other companies. I really recommend calling this company. Hopefully, I won’t need to call them again, but if I have a plumbing-related problem I know who I’m going to call: Water Heater Pros!

My after hours request to the main number was answered quickly; the pricing, scope of work and timing were discussed after quickly troubleshooting. Pro Plumber’s expertise requested to determine if my thoughts were correct on how to proceed. They were. Crew showed up and got me taken care of on time and at the price quoted. Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you for getting to me quickly.

Water heater Pros are very professional. It’s so refreshing to find a Ho eat hardworking company. No pressure to try and up charge you either! They actually post their prices and detail what is covered. They are the only upfront company I have seen that shows in detail the cost involved. I got a next day install. Simply amazing! The technicians installed the hot water heater and were careful with our new flooring and stairs. They cleaned up after! If you are looking for a honest and professional company this is the one. They did a great job and was very efficient, attentive and professional.

These guys were great. Came with everything needed to do the job literally they were in and out. Max time for two heaters was less than two hours. Price was the best out of the four estimates. They laid blankets from the front door up the stairs to the attic where the heater was located they were very professional in my opinion. They show me how to properly drain my heater to extend the life of the heater. I would highly recommend this company, just a phone call I had the price and an apt. They have fixed prices which I love. Didn't need to come out for an estimate and try to sell me things I didn't need. Honestly, I never write reviews I just pay the money and move on but when a process is this hassle-free I felt that I had to let people know how great my experience with this company was.

I have to say Virgil and the crew that came out today to replace my water heater did a great job and were very professional. I was very impressed and really appreciate the job that they did and how they did it. All in all it took them about 45 minutes to replace the water heater and the installation looks great. Also the price was very good compared to other contractors I looked at. Highly recommend.
