Jim and I had communicated via text for a couple of months prior to the work being done. I was impressed by his prompt and courteous replies, and gained an intuitive sense of trust during that time. This week, when the installation was performed, we were pleased and impressed with how everything went, including the gas connection which had to be established and the roofing ventilation as well. Jim suggested that we contact Kevin to arrange for a separate negotiation to do the required sheetrock repair, and so far impressed with that contractor. After having some recent unpleasant dealings with Abacus over plumbing inspections, we will be using Jim and Pro Plumbers going forward. Two personal referrals for other independent plumbers to do the water heater fizzled out right away, so their loss was Jim’s gain, won by his professionalism!!

Found this company through my neighbor, this is one of the few companies out there which has a price list on their website, called Jim who quoted me the same price as the price list online, and they showed up with 2 new water heaters in an hour. The crew was top notch, facemasks, shoe covers, polite, took excellent care not to damage anything in the house, excellent job. After the install, presented me with the invoice, which was the price I got quoted, no surprises, top notch service. I highly recommend this company!

One water heater was up in the attic (3rd floor) accessed by pull down ladder and the other on second floor in attic space. Pro Plumbers were very professional and quick in replacing both heaters. Jim responded almost immediately. I explained and he totally understood the issue with my ancient water heater. Virgil and Erik the installers did an outstanding job! They arrived wearing PPE and I really appreciated the care they took in hauling equipment in, up to the attic and out of my home. They also explained what was happening and provided photos of everything. I got a great water heater brand as well. Best of all I got a great price and they did an impeccable job. So glad to have a trusted plumbing company now that’s also reasonably priced. I recommend them wholeheartedly! 💯

The crew was a little late, but not their fault, had to wait on truck at the plumber supply to be unloaded. They communicated that to us, got to the house as quickly as they could and got the job done. Good communication, great customer service, excelent job installing in a timely manner, and fantastic price point compared to any others we asked for quote from.
