Excellent service. Very professional. I will highly recommend Pro Plumber to all. Access to get to the water heater in our attic was very narrow but the two techs who came to install did a superb job. Planning to replace two other water heaters in the near future.

Jim and his team have provided exceptional plumbing services for our Kingwood home on multiple occasions. Jim is honest, fair and timely. During the recent freeze in Houston, despite having countless requests, he was able to fix our burst pipe immediately and went above and beyond to reach out to a contact of his who could help repair our ceiling. I will continue to refer him to all my friends and family. I am so grateful to have a plumber I can trust!

It was right after the February 2021 freeze when all the plumbers in the Houston area appointments were 2 months out. They contacted me the same day and we're at my house 9 a.m. the next morning to replace the hot water heater since they had supplies in house. They quoted me $600 less than another plumber and i got a better brand heater than would have with the other plumber. They were very nice, professional, and informative. This was the 2nd time i have used them. They did a Great job and i would recomment them to anyone.

They are professional and quick, I like their service

The technicians arrived on time and did an excellent job. They started by putting tarps down all the way way to the attic. The install looks extremely professional and I’m very glad I went with Pro Plumber. I read my reviews of people going with Home Depot or Lowe’s and being side swiped with hidden charges and being taken advantage of. With Pro Plummer I paid exactly what they advertised... nothing hidden, no tricks, no up selling... I’m very pleased.

I had an issue a year later and Jim sent Virgil the next day. It turns out to be something else, but I truly appreciate the level of care they give each client! I highly recommend Jim's company.
